We do produce installation videos on a continuous basis as customers bring their vehicles to us but we have not had a customer with a 2015 Kia Sorento come in for a brake controller installation.

However we do have a library of videos and detailed articles that can offer you help in seeing how the installation process goes. There is a good deal of similarity among vehicles in how a brake controller will be installed.

The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller you referenced, part # 90885, is a versatile and reliable controller that is highly rated by our customers for its easy set-up. I have linked a video for you. In your Sorento installation of the P2 will require brake controller install kit # ETBC7, which is shown in the linked video and described in the linked article.

If your Sorento does not have a working 4-pole flat trailer connector you will need to install one. You can use custom-fit harness # C56256 from Curt. We do have a video showing this item being installed in a 2015 Sorento.
