Question:
I am purchasing a Torklift 48inch Truss hitch extension and need to install a plug with the 7 and 4 pole plugs at the hitch end of the truss such as this one. Can this be used with an extension chord that has 7 pole ends and plug into the OEM 7 pole plug at the bumper? Or does someone make this product.

In-bed wiring used for fifth wheel and gooseneck hitch should do the trick. What you would want is the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole # C56000. This will plug in line with the 7-way at the rear of your truck and then would allow you to extend a 7-way out on your Torklift 48 Super Truss # TLE1548.
If you needed the 4-way as well you would need to swap the 7-way of the # C56000 with the # C57101. This does include a back up alarm that will activate when your vehicle is put in reverse.
