Would like to install a roof rack system on my 2013 toyota sienna with raised roof rails, what inexpensive recommendation do you recommend to install cross bars on my minivan?

The most cost effective roof rack option for your 2013 Toyota Sienna is the Malone SteelTop, part # MPG201. It's a square bar rack with 50 inch long crossbars. The square bars are a very universal and traditional size and design so a number of roof top accessories will fit.
