The particular trailer wheel bolt pattern that you referenced, 4-on-4-1/2-inch, is not among the configurations we offer. This is an old automotive bolt pattern and will be difficult to find.
We do offer 4-on-4-inch pattern wheels in various diameters from 8- to 13-inches, as you note. For a 4-1/2-inch bolt circle we offer only 5-lug wheels. You might take a look at the linked article on wheel bolt patterns; this will help you confirm the type you have.
For reference, the link at right will show you all trailer wheels offered and you can use the filters to narrow the results based on diameter, material, width etc.
It may be necessary - and may even be easier - for you to replace your axle, hubs and wheels. We do offer complete axle kits that include the axle beam, hubs, bearings, races, seals, etc. all together in a single kit that allows for cost-effective updating of older trailers with obsolete parts. The link at right will take you to our page for trailer axles.
For example, Dexter offers their 60-Inch 2000-lb axle kit # 20440I-EZ-60 which includes the axle beam, 4-on-4-inch idler hubs, bearings, races, seals, grease caps, wheel studs, lug nuts, and even marine-grade wheel bearing grease. These work with wheels up to 12-inches in diameter with the 4-on-4 bolt pattern, such as # AM20122 from Americana.
