Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Seaflo white 13 15/16 of an inch wide by 23 7/8 inch tall multipurpose access door. Now, this multipurpose access door will allow easy, keyless access to a compartment on your boat or your RV. So, this is ideal for accessing control panels, valves, and wiring. You can see it uses the dual, quarter turn recessed latches.

And they'll turn independently to allow you to open the door. And you can see once you open both with the latches, the door completely opens and it's an easy open hatch door. And if you notice, it will swing a full 180 degrees to give you plenty of room to reach your gear. The durable, water-resistant, synthetic fittings and the rubber seals on this help keep your compartments dry when the door is closed. So, when you do close that and lock it, those seals will help prevent any moisture from getting in there.

It is a nice, low-profile hatch. It's designed to mount flush to the surface. And if you notice the surface, I'm gonna zoom in closer here. If you look at that surface, it has a nice, non-skid surface to it and that prevents slipping when it's installed in the floor. And also, if you notice, gonna flip over and show you the back of the lid itself.

If you'll see, it has these heavy-duty support braces built in that gives it extra strength. So, if this does have to be installed in the floor and you would step on it, it wouldn't damage it. It has the strength to hold it. It is a nice, strong ABS plastic construction. Resists UV rays, road salts and acids.

Now, to install this, the mounting hardware is not included. You would have to supply that. And just to show you, if we open this up, if you look on the frame of this, it has the holes already drilled in to mount it. So, you would just have to supply the hardware. This one is a nice, bright white color. This hatch also comes available in a black color. We do sell it separately on our website and it's listed on this product page as a related product. Last thing I wanna do is just give you some dimensions on this. We're gonna do the external measurements. So, with the door closed, width and the height. So, if we take our tape measure and if we do the width, the external width is 13 15/16 of an inch. And if we do the external height is gonna be right at 23 7/8 inches tall. Now, I do wanna do the dimensions of the opening, so when you do open your door. We're gonna measure the width of the opening and the height. So, if we do the width is gonna be right at 10 15/16 of an inch wide. The opening height, 20 5/8 of an inch tall. But again, you can just flip your lid down, rotate to your latch a quarter of a turn and it'll lock it into place.
