The Single-Lid Series from UWS is a low-profile, crossover box with a single-lid opening for easy access. This multifunction utility box has a large lip that mounts on the truck bed rails, fitting snugly behind the cab. Two super-duty lift cylinders help to raise the insulated, beveled lid and hold it open to a full 90 degrees. This box also features two stainless steel paddle-lift handles in the front of the box on both sides, with a lock on the driver's side that securely protects your gear from the elements and from theft. Single-lid boxes are the more widely preferred style box because of their easily accessible openings, large capacity and convenient features.

This box is the perfect accessory to any truck! Pair it with the access toolbox edition tonneau cover! Do yourself a favor and pick this one up.
Securing tool box was a challenge. The included “J” hooks did not secure box to the truck. Had to purchase alternative materials to secure tool box. Would not recommend this item
This toolbox is great for a midsize truck, but terrible in the snow for my model. The seal still allows for snow to blow up and into the box, covering my gear. It's fine in the rain, but not when snow blows up from the bed while driving. Not all trucks have this "feature" so it might be perfectly fine for others; just an annoying surprise for me.
Really awesome box so far, fits my 2025 F150 perfect imo. The 69 inch width is ideal because it sits directly on the outside factory rail and stays nicely behind your cab - anything wider would be sticking out past your cab. It does feel like it could go deeper into the truck bed - it sits pretty high up but thats also good because it gives you a lot of bed space hence the crossover. The 4inch looks bad to the bone the slim boxes are ok but I dont like that look, plus the 4 inch (off the rails) gives you more space with an inch less of total depth. Anyway this is a great box for an F150. It came packed great with no damage.
