Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Westin replacement step pad. This is going to replace one step pad for your Westin Platinum Series three inch diameter round step bar. This is constructed of non-slip polymer plastic, so it is going to give you a nice, firm step surface, and that it's going to be UV resistant, so you're not gonna have to worry about it cracking or fading. And this will fit on the front or rear step pad area. They do include barrel clips to help get this installed, as well as instructions to walk you through that installation process.
Give you a few measurements here just to give you some extra reassurance. You can see this is 19 and three quarters of an inch long by approximately three and one eighth of an inch wide. But because this is a direct replacement from Westin, you can trust that it is going to fit with your Westin step bar. So, no worries about fit issues or compatibility problems or anything like that. We do have a graphic on our product page that will give you more measurements as far as the spacings for your studs here.

Ordered the pad replacements for my platinum series nerf bars. Pads came in faster than expected and installation was a breeze.
The step pad was a exact replacement and fit like it was orginally. Very helpful tip to order the new fastners for ease of installation. Install took less than 5 min. Will use etrailer for sure in the future!
Very pleased with quality, easy to install. Be sure to remove the old barrel clips from the step rail, insert the new ones in the step rail. I then lubricated the the retention posts on the step pad with a small amount of dish soap and aligned with the barrel clips and pressed down. It took maybe 5 min.
Parts were exactly what I needed. Removed broken pad and replaced with new one in less than five minutes. I have been looking for a replacement part for this problem for the last two years, and was so pleased to finally find it at etrailer.com. Ordering was quick and easy, and delivery was prompt. After ordering from 2 other sites and getting the wrong barrel clips to install this pad etrailer delivered fast and had the correct hardware dont waste your time with universal parts etrailer had the exact factory replacement(BTW) when you install this place the clips in the holes and make sure you have all 4 anchors lined up and press down from front to back easy peasy!
I needed a replacement step pad for our trucks step bar. I had a question regarding proper order number and eTrailer's customer service rep responded in a timely manner with the proper information. I had been to the dealer where I had my step bars installed and inquired about replacement steps. Four times over the course of a year, they said "they're just not available". Found etrailer.com, ordered the pads, and put them in...too easy! Thanks etrailer.com. I'll be back when I need other parts.
Bought for my Bully step rails for my F150. Everything fit perfectly, but the plastic pins just collapsed on installation no matter how gently I tried to tap them in. I ended up cutting the plastic pins off, drilling holes and using anchors to install the pads. It doesn't look as good, but it works.
Superb! Website is easy, information was accurate, shipping was fast! Only complaint is with the postal service...they weren't in any hurry to make my delivery.
I'm happy to found this step replacements now me truck back to the road.
I ordered 2 of the replacement step pads for my Westin nerf bars. After at least 11 years they 2 started to break free.
When my pads arrived, I installed the first with no problems. The second one seemed to have softer pegs and squished on install.
I contacted etrailer and the pad was replaced without any hassle at all. I installed that one and am very happy with the product and with etrailer and their superb customer service.

Still solid and looks great
I had a little difficulty keeping the ends of the pads secure in the holes. They seemed not to hold sufficiently enough. Sometimes they would pop up and become loose. I finally got them all secure but I hope that they stay secure. No big thing I wasn't sure if the clips were the correct ones, but I finally was able to get them in the proper place.

I installed the pads and everything was holding pretty good. Every once and while one will loosen on the ends but if I push hard or hit them with a hard rubber mallet they work for a while longer. Thanks for checking up on your product. Thanks again Andy Greer

I was about to put the pads on the 07 ford f-150 which happened to be for sale. A gentleman of my age (62) came up and brought my truck. I gave him the pads as he said he would put the on. However from what I could tell they looked great.
I searched for a couple of years for the replacement pad. I was happy to find the pad. The quality of the product and the service of etrailer.com was excellent.

This pad fit perfectly and one year later delivers the same quality results.
While the part is correct for my application, the fit is very poor. What you will find is that because the contour of the part does not match the contour of the running board, one of the fasteners will not hold and that side of the part will lift up. After a year I can say it is still frustrating trying to force the part into place only to have it pop back up. It is more than a cosmetic problem in that it can catch your foot on entry to the vehicle. It also allows water to get into the running board. There is not an alternative to this part and there is not a good way to 'fix' it. I guess the upside is that it kind of covers the area and mostly stays in place.

Product and packaging were excellent. But installation instructions were backwards. I followed directions for the first 2 pins, both of which failed to seat properly. Then I placed the little metal piece on the rubber pins before pushing them into the holes. That worked perfectly for the remaining 14 pins. The first two pins never did seat properly.
Great choice, this fit perfect and cleaned up the look of the step bar also installed simple and fast.
I will be purchasing my truck accessories through you guys from now on.

I am happy that you got these pads to work for you. Do you have Westin Platinum series 3" nerf bars or Bully nerf bars? These are designed for Westin but we don't carry a step pad for the Bully brand 3" nerf bars at this time.
