I reached out to the manufacturer and they said the only replacements to OEM step pads they have are from 2015 to current. Any product they have before 2015 are just replacement parts for their own products.
If you were looking to replace your running boards, the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-3155 is a great item. The step pad areas in Westin's E-Series round nerf bars are indented instead of cut out, maintaining the structural integrity of the steel tubing and preventing internal corrosion.
