It sounds like you're trying to mount some Replacement Step Pad for Westin Platinum Series Nerf Bars - 20" Long - Qty 1 # 26-0001 back on your Westin nerf bars; to mount the pads you'll just need the Replacement Barrel Clip for Westin Platinum Series and Signature Series Round Nerf Bars - Qty 1 # 60-0244. These will drop into the holes on the bars and you'll just press the step pad into place using the posts.
If you're actually trying to mount the nerf bars themselves and can provide the year/make/model of your vehicle I can see if there is hardware available.
