eTrailer is an awesome organization. Communication and tracking on the order is amazing. Not really a review of the product since it is a brass fitting, but wanted to give kudos to eTrailer for great customer service.

by:

Other than the long shipping time, the product has worked great for me.

by:

Still works perfectly!

by:

The original fitting on my 20 year old motorhome started leaking propane. Vibration from the road over the years had caused it to wear enough to prevent it from properly sealing. The "O" ring built into the replacement resolved the issue and returned the safe use of the propane system.

  • Recommended Two-Stage Regulator For A 100lb Tank Fueling A 160,000BTU Tankless Water Heater
For a horizontal two-stage regulator that's manufactured in the USA we offer the MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 11" Water Column Outlet # 108221. You would just need to attach the MB Sturgis Full Flow Propane Tank Connector Fitting - Soft Nose POL x 1/4" MPT # 204037-MBS to the 1/4" Female NPT inlet on the regulator to be able to connect to your 100lb tank. I recommend using some Thread Sealant Tape for Gas Lines # 37207-30025 to ensure a leakproof connection. This...

  • Should All Propane Connectors Have Rubber O-Rings To Prevent Leaks
Different fittings require different methods of leak prevention so you won't always have a rubber O-ring on the fitting. For example, if we look at part # MBS77FR we see both a flare and NPT fitting. Using sealant tape # 37207-30025 or putty # 37207-30555 on the flare fitting can actually prevent the fittings from fully sealing together and you'll end up with a leak. On the NPT side not using some sort of sealant will likely allow a leak. POL fittings, like the # 204037-MBS you were looking...

  • Parts Needed To Add A Tee In To A Motorhome Propane System With Very Limited Space
You would still be able to use a tee like you're wanting to but you'll have to make a few modifications in order to fit the regulator in place again. The POL fitting # 204037-MBS on tees like part # 103606 can be removed and you can install a 1/4" male NPT to 1/4" female NPT fitting with a 90 degree elbow from your local hardware store to face the POL fitting vertical to gain some more room. From there you can use a vertical regulator like # 108220 and then connect back into your motorhome's...

  • Parts Needed to Hook Up to 100 lb Propane Tank on 2019 Grand Design Transcend RV
From what you described it sounds like you're needing the T-Fitting # 103602-MBS along with the Fill Hose # 100019-144 (for your small tank), the Tank Connector # 204037-MBS, and the 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108221. Attached is a photo of what this setup looks like and below is a full list of the parts you'll need if all you currently have is the 100 lb tank: T-Fitting - # 103602-MBS Fill Hose - # 100019-144 Adapter Hose - # 100284-144-MBS (for an appliance like the Grill # FR51322) Tank...

  • Can the O-Ring on a POL Propane Fitting be Replaced
Are you looking for the O-ring that's on the end of POL fitting? If so, we don't carry just the O-ring but we do carry POL fittings, like part # 204037-MBS. If I'm misunderstanding what you're looking for let me know. Or reply with a picture of what you need.

  • Parts Needed to Connect Manchester 10 lb Propane Tank to 4 Propane Cookers on Food Trailer
From what I can tell it looks like you need the adapter # 204037-MBS, regulator # 108221, and hose # 100383-48-MBS for your propane setup. I'm not sure what the POL to QCC1 converter is that you mentioned but these parts get you from the POL connector on your Manchester 100 lb propane tank to the 1/2" flared fitting that I believe your picture shows goes to your 4 propane cookers. The threaded brass plug connects the ASME tank on your motorhome, and the fitting on the right is for connection to the regulator for the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Flow T-Fitting w/ Hose - POL Valve - Disposable Cylinder Port # 103608. You will need an adapter to go from the T-fitting to your regulator, the MB Sturgis Propane Tank Adapter - POL x 1/4" Male NPT # 204037-MBS. For this fitting it is recommended you use Thread Sealant Tape # 37207-30025.

  • Troubleshooting a Propane Leak at Hose and Tank Connection
We may have a solution for you but If the leak is on the tank side of the connection then we do not carry a part that will solve the issue. Since the tank is on a trailer it's likely that it uses a Type 1 fitting. You can try replacing the hose with a Type 1, like # 100575-30-MBS, and see if this fixes your leak. I've linked our selection of Type 1 hoses for you as well.

  • What is the Pressure Output of Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59005
The output of Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59005 is indeed an 11 inch water column. You can use it with your current tank system. You will likely also need a POL to 1/4" MPT adapter fitting # 204037-MBS to use the regulator with a 100 pound tank.

For your water heater and dryer I recommend using the Camco Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59333, which is a horizontal regulator with a POL fitting already included, or the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220, which is a vertical regulator. You'll want to match the current design of your propane system so that the vent is facing down. The # 108220 will require you to purchase a POL fitting # 204037-MBS separately to attach to your tanks. I'm assuming since...
