Question:
I purchased a Manchester 100 pound propane tank for my food trailer. It has a POL to QCC1 converter. My question is what kind of regulator, gauge and line will I need to run to my main gas line which is a 1/2 inch brass fitting and line. The line goes into the trailer and splits 4 ways to 4 propane cookers. Thanks

From what I can tell it looks like you need the adapter # 204037-MBS, regulator # 108221, and hose # 100383-48-MBS for your propane setup. I'm not sure what the POL to QCC1 converter is that you mentioned but these parts get you from the POL connector on your Manchester 100 lb propane tank to the 1/2" flared fitting that I believe your picture shows goes to your 4 propane cookers.
If you have something else please let me know. I have attached a photo showing how these parts are typically used for an RV application. I highlighted the section with the parts i referenced so you can replace the things outside of the highlighted section with your parts.
