Narrow Side Loader Brackets permanently bolt to the space between the top of your truck shell and the side window, providing a mounting point for Yakima 1A Raingutter Towers. Towers serve as a base for an aftermarket roof-rack system.

I wasn't sure the Side Loaders would work, as I was using them to add a set of 1A Yakima mounts to a metal frame on a small kayak trailer. The mounting surface was dead vertical, so I was not certain the mounts would grab sufficiently to be secure. I've used these on several jeep hardtops over the years with good success. Was happy to find that these would work perfectly and allow me to trailer my 'yaks safely.
Just what the new truck topper needed to continue using my Yakima Q towers. These are hard to find. Tempted to buy another set for the next truck 20 years from now.
I purchased the Yakima side loaders for my Leer Camper shell that's on my 1995 GMC K1500. These match up with my 1A rain gutter Towers and are strong enough to use with the larger 70" round Yakima bars. Both sets I ordered arrived to California in a few days and were complete with all necessary parts. Thank you for an excellent purchasing experience.
As described, with fast delivery.
I like the brackets
I always like getting stuff from etrailer. Fast turn around, low shipping cost and always on time. I also like the videos they have on the parts or equipment they sell.
Extremely long wait for item. I know this is not etrailer fault but it was still frustrating. Customer service was helpful and stayed in contact. Will see how next order goes. Thank you.
Side loaders are the only product I have found to secure racks to camper shells. Very secure, no water leaks into shell. Quality product.
Using as a universal mount point for another manufacturers Roof Rack. Well Made, strong and does the job quite well.
great, accurate and timely shipping.
Worked the way I wanted. Simple and easily to install.
OEM piece that does what it is supposed to do.
Great parts , and they were all the right parts , delivered to your door !
Very fast delivery! I needed these to finish a project and couldn't find them in town and these were delivered next morning. Thank you!

Fitz-All ladder racks do exactly that, they fit most trailer brands 4' to 8-1/2' wide with the telescoping design. Quick, easy assembly in about 5 minutes.

Good universal design and well made.
parts didnt go together like they should have
product was recieved fast and in good condition
They have a good range of products to choose from. great people to deal with. Delivery time is very reasonable.
Really Easy to install. I installed these on a 5x10 Cargo Trailer. They were 4" too wide for my trailer, but were very easy to cut to make fit.
Two thumbs up for the product and service. Installed smoothly on a 5x8 Intersate trailer. It is going to work great for hauling my canoe.
Great product!! Very lightweight and easy to install by yourself. I installed in about 45 minutes on my hallmark enclosed trailer. Product construction is superior and built to last.
The product is great. I am now ready to start hauling my equipment thank you the racks look great

my trailer is 16 similar to yours.I am a roofing contractor and use large 32 extension ladders and 20-24 walk boards. Would you recommend me putting 2 sets on, or do you think one set would be enough for all the equipment I intend to carry? Your input would be appreciated. Thanks

It seems if you extend it out to 85 it would make the rack less sturdy. My trailer is 85 wide. What are your thoughts

Product Review: I love the light weight aluminum and design. I changed the self tappers that came with it for longer bolts, washers and lock nuts just for my own peace of mind. Looking forward to using it with my next job.
The racks were fairly easy to install, but the rack materials were not as good quality as I expected for the price... all the aluminum pieces were scuffed, nicked and blemished, and I had to pre-drill a lot of the holes into my trailer upper frame to get the self-tapping screws to work. They are on my trailer and they do what I needed them to, but they just don't look as good as I expected.
Purchased for kayaks on top of a trailer. Installed by a garage for expediency. By all accounts it’s an easy install if done personally. Two self tapping screws that tap into the top trailer frame. Two screws per bracket and the brackets sit on the rain gutter. The only complaint I have is they are tall. We had them cut down, but with being cut down, without modifications, they are still about 6-8” off the roof of the trailer. The height makes it harder to place the kayaks and inadvertently less aerodynamic.
Easy install and great quality. All stainless fasteners too.
It was installed very easily. We use it as a kayak/canoe rack on our camping trailer, and it has served its purpose very well.
Used two sets of these for solar panels on my inclosed trailer. Work great and are holding up fine after a year of use!
I installed this to hold my luggage carrier on my motorcycle trailer to move from Virginia to California and I left it on my trailer since then. It works great!

I still have the rack on my trailer, but I cant use my trailer anymore because I converted my motorcycle into a trike and it wont fit in my trailer so Im going to sell it with the rack.
etrailer.com was very user-friendly and their staff was very professional in helping with shipping our new ladder racks for our work trucks. The Ladder Rack - Rackem Fitz-all kit we purchased is very durable and has a carrying capacity of 400 lbs.
The included hardware did have some issues going into the steel structure of the trailer. So did my drill bits. Was able to purchase hardware locally for the ones that snapped. The rack has been great. Supports my solar array fine and doesn't move.
These ladder racks were excellent, as expected. Very easy to install, even for someone like myself who had never installed a set before. They're very sturdy and we have no issue with loading multiple ladders on them. On top of that, the customer service when I called in to place the order was excellent. They took my order quickly and shipped out the same day, plus emailed me a tracking number. I would definitely buy these racks again.
The racks themselves are strong, and we'll designed. The welds are good and they're relatively easy to install. My only complaint s are that the diagonal braces on the uprights had holes punched in the middle of each. The problem with that is water can get in them without anywhere to go. To remedy this, I drilled a small hole at the bottom of each for a drain spot. The other complaint I have is the crossmembers have grinding marks all over the end of them where somebody ground down the welds where the inner and outer crossmembers was adjoined. The metal is rough there like a blind person did it (thinned and wavy). I don't even understand why they had to grind it that much, just to flatten out what was probably tack welds. I'm sure they're not all like that, and they'll still do what I need them to, and it wasn't reason enough for me to send them back, plus I needed them asap because I don't have ladder racks on my truck anymore. I would have given them 5 stars if not for those things. etrailer.com was easy to deal with. They're very professional, and notified me when they shipped, and had them to me when they said they would. I will definitely order more things from them in the future.
I just ordered this week, received quickly, and installed my aluminum ladder/kayak on my cargo/kayak fishing trailer. Very happy with it. I cut it down 3 inches to make strapping it down possible by standing in/on the trailer. Looks so good I have to wash that trailer. I plan to add racks to the inside to hold my fishing poles and, install a vent with fan, and maybe hang a hammock. Wrapped plumbing pipe foam insulation wrap on the crossbars to cushion the yak.
Installation instructions were spot on.
I recommend this rack to anyone. I think the price was reasonable and weld quality is superb.
Installed on utility trailer to carry additional kayak(s). Install straight forward, easy install.
Why pay more for “specialty” rack with lower load rating- just need something to finish off (make scratch resistant) the top ends of the vertical posts.
Great product, easy to install, anxious to put to use. Thanks to George and the etrailer family !!!

One year later and they are still awesome, etrailer has the best products !!!
Very easy installation on 10x6 flat top enclosed trailer. The only modification was having to cut about 4.5" off of each cross member bracket to get rid of all the excess height. Plan on using for kayaks, canoes, and anything else that may be to long to stuff into this little dry shack.
