Looked under my trailer and the u bolts and plates wer rusted away, it's an old trailer so I had no details like make or model number. Called and talked to Kelly S. She was very knowledgeable and overly efficient! Got my parts super fast, the u bolts wrer very thick and the plates were even thicker. Quality parts at a good price. Received my order reasonable time. I had a couple of issues. etrailer took care of them. My old shackles were making noise. I don't have that many miles on my single axle trailer, but they were starting to show wear. So it wouldn't have been that long that I would be having a problem with them. The heavy duty shackles are great and greaseable so they should last for a long time. No more creaking when I step into the trailer. I haven't taken them on the road yet, but I will soon.

These HD shackles are wonderful. About 1” longer than the old nylon bushing set and twice as thick. The camper jounce & rebound is slower and longer when going over an overpass bridge at highway speed (because of longer stroke). I use them with Sumo Springs which gives a smooth stable ride with little sway from trucks zooming by me on the highway. Had to add 1/2” spacer to the Sumo Springs after installing the wet bolt shackle kit since the longer shackle arms gave me 1/2” more ride height. (A good thing). A great suspension upgrade! Product and service are excellent. You should consider using better shipping containers or using a different shipper. My box showed up with a hole in the bottom and the tape ripped almost gave way. By reading other comments this is not the first time.

Worked great fit was good. I did not use standard nuts furnished but used Nylon lock nuts instead.

I bought a axle, springs wheels, hubs etc. to build a utility trailer, I inadvertently had ordered incompatible hubs for the selected axle the person filling the order noticed this and contacted customer service to alert them of the issue who then called me to correct the problem. New suspension parts made a real difference in trailer handling. Original shackles holes were severely elongated, spring eye mounts were also needing attention. Thank you, etrailer for the needed parts and support.

These parts were a perfect replacement for my old rusted u bolts. I would recommend buying flat and lock washers to place on the u bolts under the nuts due to the holes in the plates being big enough that the nuts get a little torn up when you tighten them, also the nuts it came with aren't lock nuts.

Have started replacement, delay due to health, after removing old suspension on one side discovered that the U Bolts and the base plates do not align, the holes and bolt widths are off,no possible use. Compared the old plates to the new which showed the irregular hole pattern. The bolts do not work with the old plates either. So I'm just using the old hardware.

Just what we needed to replace the old rusted shackles when installing the new leaf springs.

I replaced the equalizers, shackles, bushings, bolts, and nuts on an old trailer. Everything fit properly without modification. Product quality was excellent.

I installed the TSS-107-40 on a 32ft. 7500lb. travel trailer about a year ago. I also installed front axle Sumo springs SSF-302-47 and rear axle Sumo Springs SSR-312-54 on my 2022 Ram 2500. This is a review for all 3. I Have been on 7 camping trips since the Sumo springs were installed on my trailer. There's a noticeable difference on good roads. Smooths out the ride and less body roll when trucks pass me so it helps with sway. But I just took a trip down I95 through SC and the road was terrible. I mean SCDOT should be ashamed. Especially any bridges - even small ones over creeks - the dips and ramps before and after the bridges were terrible. You felt like you were being launched off of a ramp. This is where these things really did their job. They kept the contents of the trailer from being tossed and kept the trailer tracking well and immediately dampened bounce and porpoising. I also installed front axle Sumo springs SSF-302-47 and rear axle Sumo Springs SSR-312-54 on my 2022 Ram 2500 and again - noticeable difference immediately in the smoothness of the ride while towing. I bought the heavier weight springs and was worried about the stiffness of the ride with no trailer - and there is stiffness - but man am I glad I had them on the Interstate going through SC. Before I got them I could feel my suspension bottom out front and rear in certain situations. Now - not a problem. You'll have to be ok with a stiffer ride when not pulling a trailer - but you'll be happy you have them during stressful highway driving. I keep a lot of weight on my truck even without a trailer - bed cap, bed slide, tools and other items so that helps with the stiffness when not towing. I also installed the spacer on the truck rear Sumo Springs so they are engaged all the time. Not installing the spacers may help with the stiffness. I may take my spacers out. Easy installation for the most part. I did it with 2 jacks and a jack stand. The trailer Sumo Springs were even easier than the truck springs. Just be aware that these springs - IMO - are not to improve the comfort of your truck ride in general but more to improve the performance of your truck while under significant load. Having said that, they did help a lot with body roll while cornering with no trailer which was kind of a nice bonus. The rear springs also helped with squatting under the hitch weight of the trailer. You may also notice on the trailer spring picture that the gas line had to be re-routed a bit - there's a kit that comes with the springs that makes that very easy - you're able to use the existing holes.

Fast and easy install. Have kept my travel trailer’s cheap China leaf springs from re-shaping themselves into an ‘n,’ from the factory ‘u’ shape. Highly Satisfied!

Sumo springs work great. I was a little skeptical if they would work since the Dexter 5100 lb axles on my trailer have two ribs going across them, I'm assuming for strength. The sumo spring bracket was just wide enough to sit on top of the rib center point. The bracket could be 1/2" wider, it would help. I tapped the bracket in and torqued it. As you can see it didn't go in all the way but seems to be ok. Took a road trip, highway, gravel and a rough forest road. Checked the torque after the trip and nothing moved. Sumo springs helped with the trailer sway and should take some load off the springs and shackles. I am pleased so far with this product.

Easy to install only a couple hours for both axles. A more stable ride and haven’t broke any leaf springs on these great American highways, by the way I installed them on a 38’ 5th wheel rv.

I love this suspension its quiet and the handling and ride is the best I have ever used on a trailer. Gonna buy another set for my gooseneck trailer. Will never go back to leaf springs!

I used these to replace the leaf springs and equalizers on a 20’ gooseneck cattle trailer that I rebuilt. The ride is great and the usual rattling and clanging of the trailer going down the gravel road is gone. So far I am very happy with the ease of installation and the performance of the suspension. I guess only time will tell about the durability of the rubber components in the long run.

Perfect fit for the 2020 Geopro 19FD with the 3500# torflex axle. This resolves the issues with bottoming out on any road ramp angles and the ultra low tank discharge ports. The parts are really well made and the installation is simple. Be prepared for the 150 ft-lbs of torque on those bolts. (Always use a torque wrench!)

Straightforward instructions, only had to extend wires on my 2022 E-pro bunkhouse. Follow the instructions to the T and it’ll take a handful of hours. I’ve lifted a jeep and two trucks, so have lowered axels before, this was a piece of cake. Had to also adjust my equalizer hitch but after having two busted pipes from traveling, hoping this keeps them away from those deep potholes. Only time will tell!
