This item was a 100% direct replacement for my Kwikee series 25 triple auto steps. Self install took less than hour when all said and done. Came with all new wiring harness and all electrical plugs and screws were an identical match. No modifications needed. I uploaded a photo of my old system that had stripped teeth causing the stairs to only retract about 1/2 of the way up before they would lose grip on the teeth. You could always just give them some assistance by help pushing them in but for how frequently this system is used we decided to replace it. Great product, exactly as described, surprisingly fast shipping and excellent customer service! Thanks etrailer!

The step motor solved my unresponsive steps issue. The wiring was much shorter than the bad motor wiring; so much so that I couldn’t run the wiring under the big gear or use my existing cable clamp. Also, I was concerned about the new wiring getting caught up on the screw heads that secure the big gear to the new motor body so I removed the cable clamp and put a tie strap on the wiring to another set of wires to lift it up a couple inches. Very pleased that this item was one and done to fix the steps. Thanks to Sheila C. She made sure this was the correct part before I ordered it. She gets 5 stars but the part gets a 3.5. Went bad after a year. The motor is making a really loud sound when the steps deploy out. Currently at the RV repair shop getting replaced again...

Fair not as good as original. Btw: Lippert is taking you and RV folks for a “ride”. Both the original brackets $[XX] at any auto supply store….and the worn gear assembly for the step gear can be bought on line for less than $[XX]. Motor is nothing but Japanese electrical window opener…Mazda/etc. Simple to replace. Instructions would have been nice when adjusting-replacing adjusting the length of bracket….(Upside down.)

When I placed this order I really thought I I was ordering a “Joint replacement kit” for my Lippert step, of which there are 12 joints. Very disappointed when I discovered your “joint kit for a Lippert step” only did one of the 12 joints. Can’t imagine someone ordering; 1 bolt, 1 nut, 1 washer and 1 bushing on purpose, especially considering it’s really only the bushing that wears out. Be careful with what you order…

The Kwikee replacement gear is still working like new and is being used daily since we have a non working relative that had to move into our motorhome. Hopefully they will be moving out sooner than later so we can use it again for vacationing...

I purchased the gear to replace a bad gear on my motor home. The gear fit like it should. I had NO issues installing this. etrailer comes through again.

Parts were as described and delivered as promised. The installation video was very helpful as I installed the Bushing Kit myself. The bushing were the proper size and installed with little issues.

Placed an order an order an order right at tbe cut off for same day shipping, Explained my travel situation to Kim and that I needed the part ASAP, she said she would do her best to see it through, and we are very thankful she did, got the bushing kit installed and back on the road in 2 days. Polyurethane bushings look like a real nice upgrade over the factory rubber. Time will tell, the quality is good and everything fit as it should. The saddle bracket bolt had broke and bent the saddle braket on my F53 chassis, so my sway bar was floating and I was flat towing a truck, so I couldn't continue on as is. Thank you Kim for outstanding customer service.

I ordered the part in midafternoon and received it the next day before noon. I did pay for the express shipping, but I had the part installed that afternoon and were able to head out the next day as planned. I’ve purchased several items from etrailer and have never been disappointed.

I forgot to take a picture of the old part. There were some teeth missing on the gear. The new part fit correctly and I received it quickly. I installed it while on an RV trip. My wife is now happy that the steps open and close quietly.

I was rebuilding the Lippert entry steps on our 2014 Tiffin Allegro RED 33AA. Upon disassembly of the steps I found some of the bolting worn and many of the brass bushings worn/broke. I had previously purchased parts from etrailer.com and found the parts on their website. The parts were delivered promptly and were exactly as advertised. Will definitely check first at etrailer.com for any future RV part needs.

The electric steps on our 08J were working intermittently. The replacement sensor fit perfectly and solved the problem.

My old gasket seal was crumbling and useless on my 2011 Wells Cargo enclosed trailer. I checked with etrailer and they found the correct one to replace my old one. You guys have everything I need!

I ordered this vent seal and had someone put it on. There was about 1/2" of extra when installed. I gave it an Excellent rating because it went on as the part number from the Ventline V2094 Vent and fit properly. Hopefully this stops the leak due to a dried out and weathered gasket/seal.

As advertised, this kit contains everything necessary to utilize the 9700 Braking System in another vehicle. In my case I installed this in a recently acquired Jeep Cherokee with no issues. Good installation instructions too. A good price and very fast shipping make the whole package a winner.

Ordered this product on line, with help from a rep because I was uncertain of the exact model I needed. Rep was patient as we went through my questions and was spot on with the right item. The control panel worked perfectly and had no further issues. I have since sold our motorhome, but when we get another one will not hesitate to call Lippert again if I am in need of parts.

This part did the trick. Old panel took 5-10+ minutes to turn on. Finger got sore holding down the button for so long. When needing to retract the jacks sometimes I had to resort to putting the motorhome in gear (with brake on) to force the jacks to retract. New unit turns on with a short press of the On/Off button. Lippert would not sell the unit to me directly so etrailer.com is the way to go. Lippert knows this part is defective and should offer something less expensive to replace it. Mine lasted about 7 years. What will happen in 7 more years when this one stops working?
