Not that many non-adjustable option for a 12” drop and this one is the best! Love the cushion and it’s very strong. I put that to the test today when I got rear ended with it in the back of my truck. This thing saved the back of my Ram. Came right back to etrailer and ordered a new one!

I have purchased several items, 2 hitches, 1 wiring harness and 1 ball mount. Everything came as advertised. The installation was easy with the directions provided. The video reviews were very helpful in choosing what items to purchase.
The hitch is exactly as described on etrailer. The drop measured exactly 9-1/4" as I wanted it to be. Curt rounds this measurement up or down to a whole number, 10" in this case. That is way off when you want your trailer and truck towing level are looking for a particular drop. Thankfully etrailer measures these themselves and show you where they are measuring from so you know what hitch to ask for.

I purchased Curt's 6" drop ball mount for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport which is not lifted but has 32" tall tires. The utility trailer I plan to purchase recommends a 12" tongue/ball height for level towing. The Curt 6" drop ball mount places my tongue/ball height at 13.5" which is acceptable. The bottom of my tow ball mounting nut is now 12" above the road surface. Plenty of clearance for safe towing. I'm very pleased with the quality and functionality of my Curt ball mount. I'm looking forward to purchasing a utility trailer soon. I think it will tow very nicely using my Curt 6" drop ball hitch.
I bought this on my knowledgeable brother's advice - he gave me the exact order number and link to buy from etrailer! I had it installed locally, without complications. I use my truck mostly to haul my horse or my friend's two donkeys in my 14-foot stock trailer. I have no complaints, the hitch does what it's supposed to do.

Perfect fit for the Curt Hitch Item: C13563 on my 2008 Nissan Quest like e-trailer recommended . If installing on a Nissan Quest mini van be sure to have this receiver in the up position when mounting the ball.

Drawbar for Curt Vertical Trailer Hitch Recievers
This drawbar is totally awesome. It saved my trip. The original drawbar was too short for my trailer to clear the chrome accessory on the bottom of the rear of my 2005 goldwing. This product is expensive but well worth the purchase price. It has the perfect angle, length, and clearance Thanks a million!!!
I needed a vertical hitch for my Goldwing motorcycle. The website was very easy to get around. The shipping was very fast. This was my third attempt at getting the right hitch. Haven't used it yet. I bought it because of CURT's quality. It was beat up in shipping though.
This 13" drawbar keeps the tailgate off the trailer jack. Being that long also keeps it I storage immediately after I disconnect the trailer. No need for a locking pin.

Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches - 2" Ball - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7.5K
There were some UPS delivery issues, damaged in shipment. But, etrailer.com jumped right on sending out another shipment after it was apparent that UPS would not complete the delivery. The installation took longer, maybe 1-1/2 hours, because I did not have all my tools ready and I was working on the concrete floor in the dark to outside with a portable shop light. Everything fit well and it looks great. The 2" drop ball mount was the perfect height for my 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I love the look of the Curt black insert that makes the hitch looks like it belongs on the car, nothing embarrassing at all. Anything negative? Maybe. The flat plate was a little difficult to hook onto with the UHaul safety chains on a 5x8 trailer. That's hardly a negative, though, and I wouldn't have spent more on another brand choice because of this. Happy happy!
Great fit and finish on this kit. So nice to be able to tow things with my Forester now. I thought I had an issue but figured out it was user error pretty quick, but only after I contacted etrailer for help. I heard back within 30 minutes of emailing and by that time I figured out my blunder. They were extremely helpful and responsive and were set on fixing the problem I thought I had. The Extra Long Ball Mount proved useful immediately upon receipt. Delivery was prompt, and the updates from etrailer.com helped plan transport of several bicycles, simultaneously with a camper trailer. The extended length facilitated use with a Swagman bicycle rack, also purchased via etrailer.com. The product arrived in excellent condition, with correct capacity rating, and works perfectly, and in conjunction with the bicycle rack. I recommend purchases from etrailer.
This slightly longer than average bar was perfect for my application. The drop length was perfect also for the application. As usual, eTrailer's site and retail experience was first rate. Great Product! After installing a Curt (C11184) Hitch on my '08 BMW 135i convertible, I needed a drawbar and ball. I really liked the elegant design and one piece simplicity that this one has. It is very sturdy and the dimension measurements were accurate. The whole reason I got it was to trailer my new (old) wood boat home from the barn I found it in. Once the hitch was on and the (56146KIT) Wiring kit was installed. This drawbar slid right in. Thanks to the accurate measurements the trailer sat at the perfect height the first time.

Excellent quality. It ha held up beautifully. Highly recommend.
Met my expectations. It is not "show" chrome, so be realistic about how perfect the finish is, the raw steel was chromed and that is about it. I wish it was packaged better. This was loose in a box with a loose ball, the ball was smashing around and banging against this draw bar. It was banged up a little even before I could us it, kind of defeated the purpose of buying a shiny new draw bar. The Drop/Rise is accurate and was the right level for my boat trailer when hooked to my GMC Yukon, where the receiver is rather high on the bumper.

I am an infrequent trailer user, but getting my daughter home from college was necessary in March. This drawbar fits my hitch and utility trailer well, did exactly what it is supposed to do, and was the last thing to be concerned about right then. I have a '11 Mini Countryman S with a Class II receiver from Mini Fini, (which cost twice as much as a Curt) where the hole is flush with the fake grille near the bottom of the bumper cover, so I needed the long bar to reach out past the bumper. The Curt receiver for that car hangs visible underneath the bumper (ugly), which also increases the lever arm on the receiver beam and would have needed an even taller rise. (Curt take note!) All just part of the kit to create an occasional 1 ton pickup out of my Mini, leaving the "bed" at home most of the time.
Fits perfectly. I just wish you would’ve sent a pin with it because I had to go chase that down and get an aftermarket one at Ace Hardware.
