CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side
Unfortunately had to return the Custom-Towing-Mirrors: CIPA CM10500 because they did not fit over my 2001 Dodge Dakota factory mirrors. Will have to try another brand/model.
These are the best removable towing mirrors I've used, and I've gone through a few different kinds over the years. They look great on the truck, almost like stock towing mirrors at first glance. They have decent viewing area, low distortion & clear image, minimal vibration, and seem to stay aimed in position pretty well. They block the slightest amount of the stock mirrors at top and bottom on my model...not enough to matter. Also, ETRAILER shipped them to me FAST, and that was with economy shipping option!

K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Convex Mirror - Qty 2
I put these on my 2001 Dodge Dakota and they work great. I’m actually able to see cars when they pass me. They are very sturdy. Hardly any movement on the freeway doing 75 mph. I have t had to readjust them at all after installing them. I just wish for my application that they were a little longer because my truck is so small and my trailer is pretty wide
Excellent products! Quick delivery!

Longview Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver and Passenger Side
A good product that works well
These were exactly as advertised and a good value. They work well on my 2500 dodge ram diesel towing a 35 travel trailer Just in time for my trip to EAA Air venture at oshkosh. they let you see around the side of the trailer as the stock mirrors do not. A word on installation EASY. Great costumer service, I will do business with again. Thanks Steve M

Longview Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver and Passenger Side
I used these for a 3 month trip across Canada and the U.S. and they worked great. The fit was a bit loose for the mirrors on my original 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel but being handy I put some extra self adhesive padding on the inside and built up the mirror arm with electrical tape to make sure the mirror clip would be snug. Those that aren't handy may get frustrated.
The CTM3100 fits great on my 1995 Dodge 2500. I've attached a photo of the mirror attached to the driver side. The mirror extends about 4" - 5" past the factory mirror.

K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair
After two months I was towing a trailer through Florida when one of the rubber straps broke sending onto the roadway. I then order another set of mirrors that slide onto the original mirrors, that worked great and look like original to the truck. I just leave them on all year long and the price was only a few dollars more. I would not recommend this product.
I really like the way your product KS3990 looked, and the ease to install. The mounting straps made everything so easy.I was having a hard time finding mirrors to fit a2007 Dodge Dakota.Thank You again.

CIPA Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Qty 2
Finally, we got extended mirrors for our 2016 Sequoia. OEM mirrors are manageable but inefficient when backing up or switching lanes with a Travel Trailer. The only issue with the extended mirrors is that they vibrate to the extent you get hypnotized. They work best at slow speeds, backing in campgrounds or switching lanes at slow speeds. Sixty-five miles, forget it. Use your best judgment. If the mirrors are well molded into place, the vibration may be minimized. The team at etrailer, from start to finish, was fabulous. Thanks
CIPA Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors performed as advertised. I followed others' suggestions and thoroughly cleaned & de-bugged (w/bug cleaner) my Cherokees' existing mirrors so the rubber retaining straps adhered to my Cherokees' mirrors. Also secured a zip tie around the Towing Mirror & the Cherokee mirrors to prevent slippage. There Was slight vibration of the Towing Mirror image, but nothing I couldn't live with. The extra extension beyond my Cherokee's mirrors made driving and lane changes much easier, safer, & less stressful. I'd buy these again.

CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors - Clamp On - Qty 2
Kudos to the folks that designed these mirrors. I have worked in the automotive repair business for over 50yrs, I've seen trash parts and good parts. These mirrors are excellent quality and they fit my 2006 Dodge Dakota crew cab like a silk glove, also the stock electric mirrors are still able to be adjusted no interference from the clamps on the extension mirrors. Great product, thank you
It works fine on my 2007 Dakota

CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side
1997 Dodge Ram 2500…… Easy to install and they look good.
I needed extended mirrors only when towing large RV behind my pickup truck. These worked as well as expected. Easy on and off. Store behind my front seat.

CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Driver Side or Passenger Side
Easy to install. Excellent fit. Good quality for the price. Have not yet made long trip, but vibration not an issue so far.
The mirrors install and are removed easily. Great visibility with little vibration.

Ordered towing mirrors email communication and tracking shipping was great. Installed mirrors on truck. Easy to install took a ride on the freeway to test them out. I think they will work out fine so far very satisfied .
I ordered the outside mirror extensions for my Dodge truck. I was a little skeptical about how sturdy they would be after installation. Received them in 3 days, installed them and they work perfect. Easy to install, and extremely secure. Also, easy to remove. I give them a five star rating, and six stars to etrailer for their excellent customer service. I will order from them again, and tell all my friends.

Longview Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver and Passenger Side
Mirrors are easy to take on and off and feel very secure. Which makes them work very well for towing my camp trailer during the summer. i do question longevity of these mirrors because attachment is based on tension of a plastic threaded bolt.
These mirrors seem to be well-made and are advertised as fitting all Ford vans from 1997 - 2002. I own a 1999 E350, and while the mirrors slide over the existing mirrors, they do not quite match the external shape of my mirrors - which are the stock factory mirrors . My mirrors are also a bit wider than these mirrors were designed for, so the hole for the attaching clamp does not extend far enough to the inside for the provided attachment clamp to fit through it. I was able to fabricate a clamp using a large picture hangar hook, a 3.5 inch 10-32 bolt, an aluminum sleeve cut at 45 degrees, a couple of washers and a nut, so I will be able to use the mirrors, but it has taken a bit of doing. Can't really find anything else other than complete factory mirror replacement, so for me, they should do the job.

K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors - Snap On - Driver and Passenger Side
The KS81600 (pair) snap-on mirrors mounted quickly and fit snug and beautifully to my 1999 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Series with contoured mirrors, and did not impede the existing Ford mirrors whatsoever. However, I have a problem with the focal distance of the passenger side KS81600 mirror that I received. See photos. It's magnification is quite different from the truck mirror, and shows only a small, magnified area of the distant background. In contrast, the KS81600 driver side mirror has a similar focal distance as the Ford driver side mirror, offering more of a long and broader view. I could live with the driver side view, but not the passenger side. I'm unsure if this difference is intentional or a product error/mis-match. I've contacted the eTrailer experts on the matter. Alternately, I also ordered a pair of the KS3891 "clip-on" mirrors, with the ratchet system. While I think this product offers a much broader view on both sides of the vehicle, they are not near as easy to put on as the KS81600, never quite go on in exactly the same position, and are not a perfect fit to my contoured Ford mirrors on the passenger side. In addition, the thicker clamps of the KS3891 make contact with the Ford mirror glass and impede my ability to fully adjust them. I will post a separate review of them. The KS81600 is a much cleaner, easier product to install and secure. Unfortunately, the focal distance issue is a deal killer for me, and I'll probably keep the KS3891 which provide a broader view on both sides of my rig.
I have a 2002 f150 Lariat supercrew with the turn signals on the mirrors and these fit perfectly over them with plenty of room to still adjust the mirror. I tow a 19ft travel trailer and can now see the traffic behind me, no more hoping there is no one coming up on me as I change lanes, and the mirrors barely vibrate so you can see very clearly in them. They fit nice and snug on the truck mirror so there is no worry about them moving around or falling off. The only negative for me is the bottom clip scrapes up the truck mirror a bit every time I take them on or off, so be carefull. Overall very happy with them.

CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirrors - Strap On - Qty 2
I bought these mirrors to use on our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I used them just a couple of times and have decided to look for something else. Despite my best efforts and watching (and re-watching) the online video that shows them being mounted on my exact vehicle, I found that the soft pads that grip the back of the mirror could not keep the mirror in place for more than 30 minutes or so. It was warm (mid-80s) when I used the mirrors and the heat seemed to let the pads slip too much. I tried several different positions and adjusted the tension straps carefully, but no luck. They seem pretty well made and may well work well on other vehicles, but they just don't work with my Jeep GC.
Honda Odyssey 2010 is what these mirrors are used for by me. Once I get them positioned where I want them, which was quite the project the first time, they work fine, giving driver critically necessary views of our A-line trailer. After a period of driving, though, their position shifts, they start to sag, they simply cant hold on tight enough to the half-melted-bar-of-soap aero-shape of our Honda mirrors. Not the fault of CIPA, it IS a universal fit it says. Some fits will be better than others. There are no mirrors I could find dedicated to 09 - 11 Honda Odysseys. These work, don't get me wrong, and I'll keep using them, since there's nothing else available, but it took a while to discover the routine that gets them mounted where they stand half a chance to last a trip. The tension locking knobs are a righteous pain in the patooty. I would say to look long and hard for a mirror made specifically for your application before you buy these. If nothing is available, well... OK, maybe these will work for you. So far they have for me, once I got it all figured out.

K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Flat Mirror - Qty 2
They fit great. On my 2003 Dodge Dakota.
Very good quality construction. Very good fit for a non-custom mount. Thick rubber straps are stretched over the car’s side mirror and hold the mirror well. My car is a 2017 Ford Expedition EL. Note: when you fold in the car mirror the towing mirror partially blocks the progress so that mirror stops early. It is still folded but not as completely as without the tow mirror. And yes, they are two identical mirrors so on one side the straps go up, on the other side they go down.

CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side
We haven't used them yet while driving the RV, but the fit is perfect! Very happy with these extenders
Really loved my cipa mirrors on my Chevy. The dodge mirrors are tight if you use the right thickness wedge. Problem I have is that if your backing up and want to pan the factory mirror down for rocks or stumps the overhanging lip of the cipa mirror stopes the factory mirror. Will have to grind some off that lip for factory mirrors tilt up or down to clear for the tilt of factory mirror.

K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors - Electric/Heat - Textured Black - Pair
just the same as oem mirrors, The Biggy was one was damaged and a replacement was sent immediately, great work no hassle's. Will order from etrailer again.
The mirrors work great actually better than I expected. It took less than 30 minutes to install the pair and I have 0 blind spots and the visibility towing my 36' 5th Wheel is awesome.

CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side
I would like it to be extendable a bit further on the passenger side. The driver's side is fine though. The passenger side does not let one see far enough away from the side of the trailer. All in all, I like it better than drilling holes into the doors of my pickup to install huge mirrors. These look way better and are sufficient.
Not long after putting on the truck, the mirror fell off

They seem like they will work although The fit isn't as good as I was hoping. I will find out the first time I do 60 mph in the New Mexico winds. They appear to be worth the price.
Upon finding that the towing mirrors did not fit my vehicle I called them from Canada, explained to them about the issue at hand and they were very understanding and fair with the resolution. I will definitely use this business again and highly recommend the service provided from the etrailer team. Best regards,

CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side
Fit well on the mirrors on my 2005 dodge ram, but to much vibration and unable to see when pulling down the road. However they were very helpful for backing up my trailer, which was the main reason I bought them.
Mirrors fit and look far better than others I had purchased. Easy to put on the truck, compared to others using straps and even then those aren't all that secure. These mirrors once put on properly don't move. So glad to finally get hold of a product that actual works like advertised.

Longview Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver and Passenger Side
These mirrors helped tremendously when towing my Micro Minnie travel trailer versus stock mirrors on my GMC SIERRA 1500. The extended mirrors enabled to better determine when it was safe to move back into my lane after passing a vehicle and allowed me to see better the vehicles behind trailer. Although there was an occasional slight vibration in the passenger side mirror, it did not disrupt the usability of the mirrors. The towing mirrors took only a minute or two to install and fit perfectly on the stock mirrors. Adjusting them properly takes a little more time and is easier when a second person helps. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!
Hi, i bought Longview custom towing mirrors for my 2023 1500 chev. silverado.Ive'd traveled for about 8,000 miles in the states (winter 23-24 ) they are great easy on and off, no vibrations i really highly recommend these mirrors.
