If you can find a universal interface for the In-Command system of your Keystone you can install the Furrion Chill part # FR67FJ and be able to control it with the In-Command. I know Dometic has a gateway/interface they offer for their systems but none of the ones we offer do have one. view full answer...
The Thomas Payne recliners, like part # 195-000018 that you referenced, should come apart fairly easily.
When you install the back it will basically click into place. When you remove it you simply move the tabs so that you can lift the back off.
If you got the back off of one without having to mess with the tabs then it probably wasn't installed correctly and you will want to make sure that it clicks into place next time you assemble it. view full answer...
I am sure you could use adhesive to attach the Wheel Masters Level Master 2 Trailer Bubble Level # WM67200 to your fifth wheel if you wanted to but we don't have an option for that. You could use something like Liquid Nails. view full answer...
We have heard of people using spacer blocks to raise the height of their trailer along with the over-under conversion kit you referenced or the Tandem Axle Lift Kit # RR23QX and everything seemed to work okay so I would say you can use it to raise the height of your 2013 Keystone Cougar 27RKS but it isn't the best or recommended option.
The best option would be to use tall hangers to make up the difference. This means that you wouldn't be using longer U-Bolts that may not have been rated... view full answer...
I have attached for you below the recommend preventive maintenance steps for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling Systems like part # LC358590.
1. For optimum performance, the system requires full battery current and voltage. The battery must be maintained at full capacity.
2. Check the terminals and other connections at the battery, the controller, and the jacks for corrosion, and loose or damaged connections.
3. Remove dirt and road debris from jacks as needed.

I've looked at both the # LC141111 and the # LC177094 and it doesn't appear that these parts are compatible since there are no ports to install those cartridge valves into. I confirmed this with Lippert, and from the sounds of what you're explaining, it would seem to me that one of the rams on the slideouts is causing this issue. Without the motor and pump being turned on and engaged, the slideouts will not move unless one of the cylinders in the rams is leaking fluid; they would hold everything... view full answer...
Yes, I've attached a wiring diagram for the BaseCamp Hydraulic Leveling System, which depicts how the Lippert Polarity Reversing Solenoid # LC118246 is wired into the system. I'll also send a link to the installation instructions for this system separately so that you can review it. view full answer...
The B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3400 should not be loosening as you state and it does sound like you have either a stripped bolt because it tightens to an extent and then loosens but will allow you to tighten again to that same point.
I've attached the installation details that state it should be torqued to 80 foot lbs for use. This bolt draws the hitch firmly into the bed of the truck ensuring the underbed connection... view full answer...

In order to properly adjust the Dexter electric brake assemblies on your travel trailer, you will first need to raise the trailer and check that the wheel and drum rotate freely. Remove the adjusting hole cover from the slot on the bottom of the assembly's backing plate. With an adjusting tool like # W80630, rotate the starwheel of the adjuster assembly to expand the brake shoes. You will just need to adjust the brake shoes out until the pressure of the linings against the drum makes the... view full answer...
On the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System w/ Side Marker Light Cameras # FCE48TASL-05 the Red (V+ Camera) goes to the positive wire of the running light circuit, the Black (GND) to the ground, the Yellow (Trigger) to the left/right turn signal (only available for LED versions), and the Brown (V+ Lamp) to the positive wire of the running light. If you had a turn signal circuit you would need to wire the Yellow wire to that, but since you don't you can just cap the wire... view full answer...

There's quite a bit of variance in how the gas line of your 2021 Keystone Cougar can be ran and how it would need to be repositioned to to install the SumoSprings part # SS26MV which is why their included relocation kit offers several ways it can be installed which you can see in the attached picture. The exact amount of clearance needed isn't stated but using the relocation kit you should have no problem with clearance. view full answer...
Thank you for the photo, and I reached out to Lippert for you who told me even with an awning already on your slide-out, it was possible to mount a slide topper, which for your 12'5" (149") flange-to-flange measurement is the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000165061.
Keep in mind you will need at least 7 inches of clearance on either side, and I can't quite tell from your photo if there would be interference on one side, but if so you would need the next size down, the Solera RV Slide-Out... view full answer...
In order to upgrade from the Furrion RV Stereo part # DV3100 which is a single din to a double din such as the Furrion RV Stereo part # DV1230BL you will need to remove the plug from the old harness and splice in the one that comes with the new stereo. That said, the wires are all labeled so this will not be nearly as hard as it sounds. The only thing you'll need for this are butt connectors part # DW05744-10 and wire strippers.
In order to play media through the trailer's speakers you'll... view full answer...
Dexter brake assemblies like the # 23-464-465 are widely considered to be the best and highest quality trailer axle/suspension components which is why they cost more than the # AKEBRK-7-SA. Some of the quality difference wouldn't make much of a difference but if you wanted the absolute best to help you sleep better at night the Dexter is the way to go but the # AKEBRK-7-SA is also really solid and we've not known it to have any issues. If it was my money that's what I would go as the value... view full answer...

Yes, every trailer that has the pre-existing wiring for the Furrion Vision S, like # FOS05TASF that you referenced, powers the camera via the running light circuit. So, you will need to have the trailer wiring hooked up to your tow vehicle and the headlights on to power the camera.
The only exceptions to this are when people make their own connections to a different power source. view full answer...
