B&W does not but I have something that is comparable. B&W's Turnoverball systems and their Companion hitches work exclusively with each other and are not compatible with other gooseneck hitches like your Curt item # C611-624 or item # C607-604. They have a square receiver over a circular one.
To connect a 5th wheel hitch to the Curt gooseneck ball in your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500, I recommend the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # DM8550045. This 5th wheel... view full answer...
The B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3500 is rated for up to 20,000 lbs but they do not offer an upgraded model. That said, this is pretty much the limit for gooseneck to 5th wheel adapters so if you need to tow a heavier trailer then you will need to go with either a solo gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch. There is the option of the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # DM8550045 but this only has a slightly higher 21,000 lb weight... view full answer...

A good rule to follow is to allow 6 inches or more of clearance between the sides of the bed and the bottom of the 5th wheel trailer to allow for dips and bumps in the road. To find the right 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter for your truck and trailer, there is a simple measurement you can take.
First, back your truck into position as if you were hooking up your fifth-wheel trailer. Make sure that the truck and trailer are level. Next, measure from the pin plate (the bottom of the pin box)... view full answer...

Thanks for the pictures! I have a solution for you but you'll need to take a closer measurement. I can't tell exactly where the tape measure ends due to the angle but if your recess well is 4" deep or less I recommend using the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # BWRVK3050. This is the Companion that is designed specifically for recessed gooseneck wells. The well looks about the right height but it looks like the aluminum bed makes it too tall.

You will need to measure to determine how long the fifth-wheel to gooseneck adapter will need to be.
Park your fifth-wheel trailer on a fairly level surface. Back your vehicle under the fifth-wheel trailer stopping when the center of the king pin is directly above the gooseneck hitch ball, measure from the top of the gooseneck ball on the truck to the base of the pin box on the trailer. This will give you the measurement needed to select an adapter.
