Hi Howard; if this was originally the 2-bike # KU84FR all you need to do is remove the add on # KU57FR to convert it back. If it was originally the 3-bike version # KU24FR you will remove the cradle and hook arm but the arms they attach to will remain extended out as they are now. I wasn't sure which hitch you were looking at, but I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e62AR. The matte black finish helps hide it better than glossy options, which I think looks more stock-ish.

According to my research, you can dolly tow your 2021 Cadillac XT5 behind a motorhome. In you check out page 363 of your owner's manual you'll be able to verify this as well.
If you don't already have a tow dolly then I highly recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy SS # DM9713045. You can dolly tow both, JP. According to the owner's manual this vehicle was not designed or intended to be flat towed (all 4 wheels down).
With that said, to dolly tow this vehicle you're going to need 1. a tow dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 and 2. a brake controller # 90195.

1. Start the vehicle and drive
onto the dolly.
