Hey Frank! The Demco Recon 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Nissan Titan # DM42TV does include the base rails and brackets. It is a full kit with everything you need to install the 5th wheel hitch, along with the Recon itself.
Keep in mind, you will need to use a Sidewinder pin box like the # RP34FR to have enough clearance with this setup if you don't already have one. This particular Sidewinder fits the following bolt patterns:

We've had people reach out about this in the past, but unfortunately the only way to get the extra wiring in the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit # 118525 for your 2018 Nissan Frontier is to purchase the whole kit. I'm not sure why the wiring manufacturers don't sell the relay side separately but they don't.
What you might want to do is get this kit and just keep the 4-Way wiring part in your glove box or a safe place as a backup just in case. view full answer...
Hey Don, welcome back! The answer to your question entirely depends on which Jack-It bike rack you have. If your is the Lets Go Aero Jack-It PLUS item # LGA47ZR or Jack-It Pro 2 item # LGA55VR, then the answer is yes. From the top of the mounting plate to the top of the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack item # e23ZV is only 20" so you'll have plenty of room.

Hi Alan; Pollak is just a brand and the US Car connector is a style of connector. Pollak uses this style on their OEM connectors, the only question is whether or not you can remove the plug from the back of the connector on your 2024 Nissan Frontier. If you can pull it from the back of the connector it should look like the picture below.
