It sounds like you are asking if a Solera Slide-Topper like the 12.5' # LCV000177334 that you were looking at can be installed on your Grand Design trailer that features an electric awning already in place. Just let me know if that is not the case.
There are a few possible styles and mounting positions of electric awnings that are used on slide-outs so it will really just be a matter of comparing where your awning is attached to the mounting location of our Slide-Toppers. I have attached... view full answer...
The best way to make your Freightliner compatible with a trailer 7-Way is to test the functions with a circuit tester # PTW2993 and match sure they match. I'm attaching pin-out diagrams of both the trailer and vehicle 7-Ways that you can use as a guide to make your connections - just be sure to wire everything up by function and not by the wire color. You will be able to gain access to the wiring connections through the back of either 7-Way, either by moving the sleeve out of the way or... view full answer...
Your 2016 Dynamax Force Super C is built on the 2015 Freightliner M2 106 Chassis. Since there are no upgraded sway bars that fit the Super C the best solution to help with your steering is the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM25RR.
This is designed for Class A's and Super C's with a GVWR over 22,000 lbs like yours. The stabilizer will prevent your motorhome from wondering by keeping it centered. It uses a nitrogen-charged tandem gas spring to prevent unwanted movement rather... view full answer...
Hello Gary, thanks for reaching out. I double checked with Roadmaster, and unfortunately they do not make a front or rear sway bar for the 2012 Freightliner M2 Class C. They do make a steering stabilizer though, and this is a great add-on that will help improve ride quality and eliminate sway. Since no sway bars are available, this will definitely be the best option for an upgrade.
Now, to make sure you get the right steering stabilizer, you will need to measure the front axle U-bolts.... view full answer...
While we do not have a custom fit hitch for your Freightliner MT45 we do have several heavy duty weld-on hitches that could work for you. I have included a link to all of them for you.
Based on your frame width you could use # 41990 which is 44 inches long. Then for brackets you could use 7 inch brackets # 4907 or 16 inch brackets # 4916.
If the frame is an I-beam frame then the only option is # 13703.
Weld-on hitches should only be installed by qualified professional welders. I have... view full answer...
Hi Michael, thanks for reaching out. You can replace your GE ducted A/C heat pump units with the Furrion Chill Cube variable-speed systems # FR97TQ, but there’s no clean way to integrate those units into the Firefly control system. The Chill Cubes operate independently using their included handheld remotes, which function as the thermostats for cooling and heat pump modes. Your furnace will still work normally through Firefly, but it won’t be tied into the Furrion A/C logic anymore, so... view full answer...
Hey Brad, it sounds like you're looking for the Namsco Wheel Liners # NA228EM0. These hub caps measure 22 1/2" in diameter, will work with 10 lug wheels, and is made of 304 stainless steel. view full answer...
Hey Tim, so the TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-RV-4-C that you referenced does not have a manual adjustable brightness display but it does auto dim as needed. So I know that's kind of what you were trying to get away from but I would mention that the display of this is quite a bit brighter than most so you wouldn't have a hard time seeing it. view full answer...
Hi Troy,
There are no plug-and-play brake controllers for your Freightliner M2, so you'll have to hardwire everything in. The first thing you'll need is a 4-way, the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236, followed by the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
You will first install the 4-flat, which will activate your trailer's lighting functions, and you'll then plug that into the 7-way that comes with the # ETBC7, which... view full answer...
Hey Robert, since your 2021 Freightliner M2 doesn't have a factory sway bar the correct kit you'd need is the part # RM39MR. The part number you mentioned would only work if you had the factory sway bar. view full answer...
Hey Oleksiy, I have a suspension enhancement kit that does fit your 2019 Freightliner M2 with the Timbren kit part # TFRM2A but we don't have any air bag kits that fit your M2. Would you be open to the Timbren kit? It doesn't require maintaining air pressure air lines. view full answer...
Hey Todd! Since there are no custom front hitches for your 2023 Jayco Seneca 37M you will need a universal option. What you can use is the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07. This has a weld-on installation so you will need to take it to a certified welder. I would take a look at the front of your motorhome first to see if it looks like it will work for you. A better choice may be to take the # E-9 to a local fabricator and have them fashion a custom front... view full answer...
Hey Andrew, we do have replacement hardware available for the etrailer Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # e78FV but you're going to need to give our customer service line (1-800-940-8924) a ring to get it. view full answer...
Hello David, thanks for reaching out. We do sell flat tow breakaway cables so we should have what you need. If you are wanting to do just the cable and plunger they are mostly brand specific. There is no way to add pictures on here (yet) but you can email those to me at [email protected] and I am happy to take a look.
In most cases, when replacing a breakaway it is best to just replace the cable, plunger and switch. They all should use two wires, they are easy to replace and they... view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Gary!

Hey Tim! The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TSTFL8500 is designed to keep you at stock ride height. If you have some worn out suspension components, or front end sage from anything added to the motorhome, it may lift you up slightly back to that height but it will not act like a lift. These will still allow for regular suspension movement. They're designed to add stability and absorb road shock so they will work well with the rest of your suspension.

Between the Shocker Hitch and Gen-Y Torsion ball mount, I recommend the Gen-Y. Its rubber torsion arms are going to absorb road shock naturally due to its design, while the Shocker Hitch requires constant maintenance that isn't needed with the Gen-Y.
It will improve the ride of your trailer substantially without the added work of maintaining an air bag, and because it the entire ball mount is designed to absorb shock, there isn't going to be stress/fatigue on it like there is on straight... view full answer...
You will need the Curt Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15902 for your 2015 Freightliner M2. This will allow you to weld on a receiver with up to 10.865" of drop. For the trailer lighting you will need a combination of the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 and the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 to get to a 7-way blade trailer connector. Do note the wiring to reach the battery is 25' long so if your chassis is longer you will need additional Wire # 10-2-1 to reach... view full answer...
There are no specific fits for a 2013 Freightliner M2 for a hitch or wiring, so your best option is a weld-on hitch. If your frame is up to 44 inches you can use the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16 for 16 inch tall brackets or Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 for 7 inch tall brackets.
Then for a 7-way you will need to hardwire in the Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59236 with the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer... view full answer...
