However, Blue Ox does not make a base plate kit for the non EcoBoost model therefore I recommend you use Roadmaster instead. Hi Kurt; we haven't tested this before but it may be possible. The # RM-302 has a 1/4" shackle diameter with a shackle opening that is 3/4" wide x 1-1/4" tall. You can use these measurements to determine if it will fit your Blue Ox pins.

Hi Gail! I'm glad you asked as the Draw-Tite # 24910 is actually for a 2014 - 2019 Ford Fiesta Sedan and will not fit your 2013. You will want the Curt # C11369 instead.
