    Hey Nick, yeah you could modify the Putco Custom Wiring Harness # P529005 to feed a third brake light. The wiring is straightforward enough if you’re comfortable opening things up and making clean splices. I just can’t officially recommend it since any cutting or tapping into the harness would void the warranty. But if you’re handy with wiring and don’t mind doing a little custom work, then sure, it can be done. Your truck is a 2019 or newer Chevy or GMC correct?

    We don't carry the 529004, but the Putco # P529005 Quick Connect harness will work with their Blade Tailgate Light Bars like # P92009-60 on your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. According to Putco, the 59004 isn't compatible with GM full size trucks after the 2018 model year.
