Hello, neighbor, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Sylvania 9012XV Halogen Headlight Bulbs. Folks, these are gonna replace your standard equipment 55 watt halogen bulbs with the same grade and specifications. As you can see, you got a nice rubber gasket and yellow. You got the three tabs here. That's gonna be what helps lock it and hold it in place whenever you're putting it in or removing it.
You're gonna rotate it and pull it out or push it in and rotate to lock it in, and plug in the wire harness for your headlamps. Now, if you're not sure on how to do that, follow the instructions in your OEM Operator's Manual. Now, always make sure you're never touching the bulbs with your bare hands. The oils could deteriorate the lasting lifetime of that glass and that bulb. Now, these will produce a brighter beam with a more defined edge than your standard bulbs.
The 3,200 kelvin color is gonna give you a nice, pure, more natural white color and temperature than say, the 27 to 3,100 kelvin options that are on the market. We do recommend you replace both bulbs at once, and that's to ensure that both sides of your vehicle have a consistent light level and color. And as I showed you before, your plugs will simply plug into these. They are legal for on-road use, and they meet all DOT regulations. Well, folks, that's kind of wrap it up for our quick look together at the 9012XV Sylvania Halogen Headlight Bulbs.
I'm Steven, I hope this video's been enlightening for you. Have a good day.
