Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Pacer Performance Hi-Five Truck Cab Light Kit. Now, this kit is gonna provide these permanent roof-mounted cab lights to give your truck a big rig look, and make it more visible on the road. These lights are styled after the 2002 through 2006 Chevy and GMC factory roof lights. These are a universal design, so they will fit virtually any pickup or SUV. The black light based here conforms and seals to flat or curved surfaces, and so it should work for just about every roof out there.
This is gonna have a three piece light set, so you've got your large cluster light here, and then two small clearance lights. The cluster light is right at 15 1/4 inch long by five inches wide, and right at 1 3/4 of an inch thick. Your clearance lights are right at 4 3/4 of an inch long by 3 3/8 of an inch wide, and 1 1/2 inches tall. Each light has the clear lens over the replaceable 194 incandescent amber bulb, so it's going to easily shine out that amber light. You do have the toggle switch here that could be mounted in the cab, so that you can easily control the lights, turn them on and off as you desire.
All right, now, the installation is gonna to require that you drill through your roof, so that can be a little bit intimidating, but they do include very detailed instructions to walk you through every step, so that everything is gonna go smoothly for you, the wiring, the quick splice connectors, the hardware, and illustrated instructions are gonna make it very easy and convenient for you to just walk through step by step, everything that you're gonna need is gonna be included. This does meet the SAE specifications, so you can trust it is gonna be a nice quality option for you to add those lights onto your truck or SUV to kinda give you that big rig look, and make you more visible, have added lights to your roof, so that other motorists can see you, as you're coming down the road, a little bit easier.
