(videographer whistling) Hello, neighbor, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Sylvania 9006 SilverStar Ultra Halogen Headlight bulbs. Folks, these replace your standard OE equipment, 55 watt halogen bulbs, and it's an upgrade with this nice high performance. You can enjoy bright, broader light distribution with longer range and also faster recognition of objects in front of you. As you can see, they're a simple plug and play option. Refer to your owner's manual on how to change these out.
You got the plastic tabs here for locking into place whenever you twist it in or out of your headlight assembly. Now, these give you a nice 4,100 K or Kelvin color temperature, and that just simply means they are wider and brighter than most other halogen bulbs on the market. It is recommended you change 'em in pairs. That way both sides of your headlights match up with the consistent light level brightness and color. Now these do meet all DOT regulations for performance and life.
One last thing to note before we go, folks, never touch the bulb or the metal parts with your bare hands as the oil from there can possibly deteriorate the glass and the longevity of the bulb. So I recommend using like a shop towel that's clean or maybe a glove of some sort, maybe like a nitrate or latex glove or something of that nature. And then we'll wrap it up for our quick look today at the 9006 Silver Ultra Halogen Headlight Bulbs. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
