Installation brackets and hardware are NOT included, as they can be specific to installation location. We suggest the pre-drilled, Redline Underbed Toolbox Mount Kit (350998), for many applications. You will still need to supply fastening hardware.

It’s a nice enough toolbox, it’s just not dimensions it was advertised as so it will require extra work to mount it.
