Highlights

  • Leave the Hand Crank Behind: 3,500 lb electric jack raises your trailer tongue with a button press.
  • More Footing at Camp: 7-3/4" rubber SnapPad increases ground contact on grass, gravel, or dirt.
  • Leave the Pad on Between Stops: Snap-on rubber pad stays attached to the compatible 6" round jack foot.
  • Get Extra Reach Without Running the Motor: 4-1/2" drop leg brings the foot closer to the ground.
  • Find the Coupler After Dark: Built-in LED work light illuminates the hitch area during nighttime setup.
  • A Backup When Power Is Out: Included manual crank raises or lowers the trailer tongue without 12V power.

Features to know about

Skip the Crank at Every Hookup

Replacing a worn-out jack or switching from manual to electric? This 3,500 lb A-frame jack lifts and lowers your trailer tongue with a button instead of hand cranking. It has 18" of powered lift and a pinned drop leg that adjusts another 4-1/2" before the motor starts. That gives you more reach when the hitch height changes, without winding the jack through all that extra distance.

Give the Jack Foot More Ground to Grip

Grass, gravel, and soft campsite soil can be tough on a small metal jack foot. The included SnapPad fits the jack's 6" round foot and expands its ground contact to 7-3/4". Recycled-tire rubber cushions contact with paved driveways, while the snap-on design stays attached between stops. Set it once and you're not digging around for a separate pad every time you park.

Make the Late Arrivals a Little Easier

Pulling into camp after sunset? The built-in LED lights up the coupler while you get situated. The jack bolts to an A-frame mount and wires to 12V power; rubber-covered controls and an included cover help protect it from the weather. If your battery dies, use the included manual crank to raise or lower the tongue.

  • Replacement Electric Tongue Jack for a Jayco Jay Flight
Hi Daniel! I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad for your 2022 Jayco Jay Flight 28BHS. These use the standard three bolt A-frame mount and wire to your camper's 12V battery. You can choose from the following based on the capacity you need: -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 3,500 lbs # e356GR -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 5,000 lbs # e956GR Both have 18" of powered lift and an adjustable drop leg so you won't have to run the motor as far at...

  • Can etrailer Electric Trailer Jack With SnapPad Be Rotated for Tailgate Clearance
Hey Tyler! The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad can be rotated for tailgate clearance. You'll rotate the entire jack which will angle it back and away to make room for your tailgate to drop. This applies to both versions: -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 3,500 lbs # e356GR -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 5,000 lbs # e956GR It won't be a true 90º mounting position because of the triangular mounting pattern, but customers have found with similar models...

  • Should I Get a Hardwired or 7-Way Electric Trailer Jack
Hey Melissa! I'd stick with a hardwired jack since your trailer already has a battery. That lets you operate the jack without having your truck nearby or plugging into its 7-way. I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad, and you can choose from the following based on the capacity you need: -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 3,500 lbs # e356GR -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 5,000 lbs # e956GR A 7-way-powered model like the etrailer # e22QV is handy...

  • Do I Need a 3,500 or 5,000 lb Electric Trailer Jack
Hi Kevin! A 3,500 lb jack is plenty for most travel trailers since it only needs to lift the tongue weight, not the entire trailer. You'll choose based on your loaded tongue weight rather than the trailer's total weight. We have the following options: -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 3,500 lbs # e356GR -etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ SnapPad - 5,000 lbs # e956GR The 5,000 lb model gives you more lifting capacity to spare, and can be a little quicker under heavier loads....
