Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Bulletproof Hitch aluminum adjustable two-ball ball mount for a two-and-a-half by two-and-a-half inch hitch with a four inch riser drop rate at 14,000 pounds max towing weight. So folks, just an impressive, neat looking, very beautiful aluminum ball mount with dual ball platform. So the two-and-five-sixteenths or the two inch, depending on if you're using the rise or drop, you can also flip that head unit over as well by simply pulling the pins here, removing the two pins and sliding this unit off and then simply inverting it to either a very big drop or a taller rise, whatever you need for your needs. Now I'm gonna put it somewhere in here just because it helps sit on the table a little bit better as you can see, but you get the point. There are two options here on the back for a hitch pin and clip that is not included, you would need to purchase that separately.
I personally recommend a lockable hitch pin and clip. That way you can protect your investment and you might wanna get one for this as well, just so you could lock at least one of these pins to keep 'em from taking this part. So again, very nice shine on it, they polished it really nice. They polished aluminum lets you tow your trailer, again, with different size couplers and as I just showed you, simply remove the pins to swap it over. You do get one inch increments and once again, the shank size is two-and-a-half by two-and-a-half.
You can see they've notched the corners all the way around. That's gonna help it slide in and out of the different manufacturers' hitches with ease. So a lot of times the tolerances are different from brand to brand and just the metal tolerances. So that's a nice feature that a lot of people don't think about. It does make it easier to go in and slide out whenever you're using it.
Now some quick dimensions and everything, as far as the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball, if we're going from the closest center to the center of the ball, it's eight inches. The farthest hole center to the center of the ball is nine-and-a-quarter inches. These are five eighth inch holes and like I said, you need get a hitch pin and clip sold separately to secure that. 14,000 pound rated on the two-and-five-16ths ball, 10,000 pounds rated on the two inch ball. The shank height is gonna be, overall from the ground to the top, eight-and-five-eighth inches tall.
And I think that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look today, folks. Again, a nice aluminum ball mount by Bulletproof Hitches. I'm Steven, thanks so much for watching with me today. I hope this information's been helpful. Have fun while you're towing and stay safe.
Great item and very great service and quick delivery
