Getting to your gear shouldn’t be a chore. The Trifecta Signature 2.0 uses a tri-fold design that lets you open just the section you need. You can lift the rear panel using the spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps, or fold the cover forward and secure it to the cab to open up two-thirds of the bed. When you need full access, the whole cover lifts off in seconds thanks to the built-in Jaw-Grip clamps. It’s the kind of setup that makes hauling big loads or hitching up to a fifth wheel simple and fast.
Many covers require rails, tools, and hardware that stay behind even when the cover is off. This one doesn’t. The Trifecta Signature 2.0 is completely self-contained, using integrated clamps and no extra rails or bolts. It mounts and removes quickly without leaving a trace, so your truck bed stays clean and ready for work or weekend use. The clamps fold neatly into the frame when not in use, and there’s no drilling or measuring needed to get it right.
Durability comes from the inside out. The frame and bows are made from aircraft-grade aluminum with a black powder coat finish that resists rust. Fiberglass-reinforced nylon clamps and rugged hinges add strength where it counts. The premium black canvas skin is backed with vinyl and permanently attached to the frame, so there are no snaps or hook-and-loop strips to loosen over time. It stays tight and smooth, keeping a clean look through all kinds of weather.
Rain, dust, and snow stay where they belong—outside the bed. Rubber seals run the full perimeter of the cover and snap into place for a snug fit that helps keep water out. Still loving this cover. Still looks great. Ive taken it off several times to carry oversized items or beds full of mulch. Occassionally I tighten the bed back down in front as it works a little loose. But a loose cover only means that rain can seep in easily. Otherwise it keeps things happy and DRY.

I am still happy with the tonneau although I wish it didnt leak around the edges. I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest so keeping water out is very challenging.

In 92026, after more than 7 years of good service, one of the covers hinges started to split. I checked RealTrucks website and read the lifetime warranty. I sent an email with my claim details, and to my surprise they approved and sent a brand new cover within two business days. The new one seems to have a few improvements, but installation was still simple and result looks great! Overall, RealTruck Extang has outstanding support and service that went far beyond my expectations.
