When you need to grab something from the bed, there’s no need to remove the whole cover. The Extang Trifecta 2.0 folds from the tailgate to the cab, so you can open just the rear section or fold up two-thirds of the cover and secure it with the built-in buckles. It’s a simple setup that keeps your bed protected most of the time but opens fast when you need extra space for larger gear.
Rain, snow, or sun won’t slow this cover down. The permanently attached, leather-grain vinyl skin is sewn to the frame for a clean, secure fit that won’t come loose or flap in the wind. Snap-on rubber seals run around the edges to help keep water out of the bed, while the aircraft-grade aluminum frame and fiberglass-reinforced nylon clamps resist rust and wear.

Sorry to hear that, Craig. I can't say I have heard of one of these failing so quickly, so I am surprised. That said, the picture you sent is of a hard folding cover and what you ordered is a replacement for a soft folding cover. Is the picture of a different cover? And then also, can I ask who you contacted exactly? I checked your account and your email address, but I could not find anything sent in. Did you use a different email address by chance?

Very happy with cover, was very easy to install. Keeps everything in bed dry and hidden. Easy to remover for larger loads. Looks great still. All in all was a fantastic experience with product!

Product worked great for the time that I had the truck it was on. The material didnt fade from the sun and it never tore or scratched if something hit it. I definitely would purchase again.

I am very sorry to hear that install was more difficult than anticipated. A lot of companies do have an install policy, it was on there for more than one day which is why we can't take it back. Once again, my apologies that you are not more pleased with the cover, this is not the typical feedback I get on this product.

I reached out to Extang about the cover. The covers are designed to cover the inside dimensions of the bed. You will want to make sure that the cover is centered on the bed itself. Sometimes it seems like the cover should be closer to the cab window and that is not the case. You will want to make sure that it is centered. Also, the cover also is not always designed to cover the stake pockets.
