When you’ve got a standard 18"–20" toolbox mounted up front, you don’t want water sneaking in where the lid meets the box. The Solid Fold 2.0 Toolbox Edition seals up tight with a watertight barrier that presses firmly against the toolbox edge. Automotive-grade snap-on seals, rubber corners, and hinge caps help keep rain, dust, and snow out so your gear stays clean and dry.
You don’t have to take the cover off to haul larger cargo. Just lift the rear panel at the tailgate to reach what you need, or fold up and secure the rear and center panels to open two-thirds of the bed. When you need the whole bed, the self-contained cover removes completely—no rails left behind, and no clamps or bolts to lose.
The panels are made with automotive-grade polypropylene cores and a high-strength thermoplastic skin. They’re 1" thick for solid dent resistance and stay cool to the touch in hot weather. The material doesn’t fade or break down under UV rays or harsh conditions, so it holds its shape and color for the long haul.
Setup is simple and tool-free. The front panel locks down with Jaw-Grip clamps at the cab, while the rear panel uses spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps at the tailgate. The fiberglass-reinforced nylon clamps bite securely, and once the tailgate is closed and locked, the whole bed is sealed and secure.
This cover sits about 1" to 1-1/2" above the bed rails for a smooth, low-profile look. The OEM-style matte black finish matches most truck trim and resists fingerprints and fading. The aerodynamic design helps cut wind drag for better airflow and a cleaner appearance on the road.

The new cover looks great, DJ! Are you going to be covering up some equipment or just looking for that sleeker look. Or both :)
