When you roll the cover shut, the AutoLatch II automatically locks on both sides, holding it tight and secure. With the tailgate closed and locked, your gear stays protected from weather and prying eyes. Opening it is simple—just pull the cord for one-hand release. Because it sits just 1-1/2" above the bed, the cover keeps airflow smooth to help reduce drag and can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent.
Rain, snow, and dust can sneak in through tailgate gaps on most covers. This one fixes that with an Element weather seal behind the cab, a reinforced vinyl flap at the tailgate, and a premium TrailSeal gasket running along the sides and bottom of the tailgate opening. Together they block out dirt, ice, and water so your tools or groceries stay clean and dry in changing conditions.
When it’s time to haul something big, just peel the vinyl back from the Velcro sides and roll the cover toward the cab. It stores neatly behind the cab using premium straps that keep it from rubbing the paint. You get full use of your bed without removing anything, and because it mounts inside the bed rails, stake pockets stay open for racks or tie-downs.
The double-coated vinyl top blocks UV rays so it won’t fade or crack, even down to -40 °F. Black powder-coated aluminum bows and rails resist rust while giving solid support for rolling and unrolling the cover every day. The XT-Dial tension adjuster lets you fine-tune how tight it fits with a quick twist—no tools needed—so it always looks clean and stays quiet on the highway.
The included battery-powered LED strip lights up your truck bed with 30 bright white LEDs—no wiring required. It sticks in place and runs on three AA batteries (not included). The 5' EZ Retriever II pole lets you hook items from the front of the bed without climbing in. Together they make nighttime loading simpler and safer while keeping everything within reach.

Cover still works great. Still looks brand new. Seals very well. Minimal water intrusion when going through car wash. I would definitely recommend this cover. Pay a little more for the quality, don’t go cheap.
