When you need to haul bulky gear or building materials, you don’t have to take this cover off. The LiteRider rolls up in seconds and secures neatly behind the cab using Quick Clip straps. Aluminum bows support the vinyl while you drive, and when rolled up it stays clear of your rear window. The inside-the-bed-rail mounting leaves stake pockets open for racks or tie-downs.

The cover is built from reinforced, UV-blocking vinyl that won’t fade or shrink. It stays flexible down to -40°F, so it handles sun, snow, and cold without cracking. A reinforced flap along the tailgate helps keep out rain, snow, and dirt. The contoured black powder-coated aluminum rails and unpainted aluminum bows resist rust and keep the structure solid through years of use.
Covers can sag or loosen with temperature changes, but the EZ-Dial adjusters make it easy to keep this one tight. Just turn the dials at the front to fine-tune the tension—no tools needed. The result is a smooth, secure fit that won’t flap on the highway and keeps the Velcro sides sealed tight against the bed rails.

Closing the cover automatically engages the AutoLatch so your gear stays put. When you need access, a single pull of the cord releases it with one hand. For extra peace of mind, there’s a slide lock on the opposite side that pairs with a locking tailgate (sold separately) to keep cargo out of sight and protected from weather or theft.

The exclusive Slantback design sits 1-1/2" above the bed for a clean, aerodynamic profile that cuts wind drag and can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent. It smooths airflow over the tailgate while giving the truck a finished look that stays flush and tidy whether rolled up or closed.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.

Cover is showing wear from being rolled up to tow 5th wheel. Even with it strapped tight. Hoping it doesnt wear through

You mentioned that the tab on the cover had rubbed the paint off on your truck. I wanted to see if would be able to send a picture?
