When the road turns slick and steep, the V-bar studs on these chains dig in where smooth links would just slide. Each V-shaped cleat acts like a miniature ice pick, breaking through frozen buildup to give your tires real bite. That solid traction keeps you steady when you’re working your way up icy driveways or descending slick backroads.

Getting moving in deep snow or stopping without sliding takes more than power—it takes grip. The ladder pattern across the tread gives you firm footing for acceleration and braking, so you stay in control even when the snow piles up. The cross chains are made from twist links that handle snow buildup and keep the tires gripping where it matters most.
Snow, ice, and gravel are tough on gear, but the low-carbon steel in these chains is tougher. The 0.281" (7 mm) thick links stand up to repeated use and rough terrain, keeping their shape and bite season after season. That kind of durability means you can rely on them when conditions are at their worst.
Once these chains are adjusted, they stay put. The manual fastening design means there are no cams or levers to pop loose when driving in reverse or over rutted ground. Add optional rubber or chain adjusters for an even tighter fit, and you’ve got a setup that handles whatever the winter road throws at you.
Each set covers one side of your dual-wheel axle, with a pair of chains for both driver and passenger sides. Rated for up to 30 mph and sized for 20" – 22-1/2" tires, they’re ready for serious traction duty. When the job’s done, pack them away in the reusable canvas bag until the next snowstorm.
These chains fit the following tire sizes:

Had to use them on a hill on the property. Went on okay, turned the Ram 3500 into a tank.

Thanks for including the video Cody! I hope the firewood helped keep you and yours warm because that sure does look extra chilly! Our snow is finally starting to melt in Missouri.

The chains have worked well. we had a lot of ice this winter and truck never got stuck while plowing. Love the extra traction of chains on both of the duals.
