Super easy to install. Had a small scratch on one of the step when I unpackaged them. They were packaged well, so had to be there before packaging. Was not noticeable enough for me worry about or file a complaint.
Had Bars for a year now.. They are great no problems what so ever..
Photo showed more drop fir the step. It was only 1/3 inch lower tha my ticker pane. No help getting in sent back and had yon pay shipping

Just putting them on. Appearance of product is great, instructions are good but diagrams of putting together could be improved. Extra bolts are unexplained.

Very flimsy and rattled constantly despite repeated tightening of mounting bolts. Open on the bottom so they fill up with dirt & gravel. Just ordered a set of Westin nerf bars.
I bought Aries 4" Oval nerf bars for my 2019 Silverado 1500 LD. Attachment hardware is not stainless so I hope rust is not an issue. Looks good, installation was pretty straightforward but the provided installation instruction were not exactly correct. There are no threaded attachment holes as indicated in the instructions, had to use clips in those spots. Fortunately there was enough provided hardware to complete the installation. So everything is good so far, let's see how it does after using for a while.
Nice quality and very easy to install
Buying experience from etrailer was excellent. The running boards arrived quickly and in good condition. The Aries running boards look good, but the washers provided were too small for the hangers and would pull through the hanger holes. But other than having to use my own washers, the product is solid and satisfactory.
Great customer service. I asked Adam a few questions about the nerf bars. He could not find answers in his product information. So he took my phone number and called the Aries company.
He called me back with product information. I proceeded with the phone purchase.
I was told for any reason ! I can return the nerf bars free. e.trade will pay for return shipping and refund 100% purchase cost. Great Customer service!
My wife needs the step. The stock one broke Sunday. I ordered these Monday they were delivered Wednesday. I installed them myself in no time. All the holes were there ez installation. My wife said they're sturdy and her shoes didn't slip like the old ones. They look good too.

Great product and easy to install!
Just bought a 2026 F250 XL Crew Cab, which is a basic work truck. Adding my own touches to the 4X4 and started with these side steps. They look GREAT and were very easy to install. Both 4" Nerf Bars, the brackets and all of the needed nuts and bolts were included. At 280 pounds there is no movement on these steps as I step into the truck.
The quality and installation of the Aries Running boards was excellent and very easy. However if you don’t feel comfortable installing them I highly recommend one of the great installers etrailers has available in your area.
