Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the custom mounting kit for your ARIES ActionTrac motorized running boards. Now folks, this custom kit here is specific to the 2017 through 2021 Toyota Tundra trucks. Make sure you're double checking that with our fit guide here at etrailer.com on our homepage where it says My Vehicle Information to be sure you're getting the right parts for your vehicle. Now again folks, this is just the custom mounting kit.
You will need to install your ARIES ActionTrac motorized running boards on your specific vehicle. If you don't have those already and you need everything, that's a whole different part number, we carry those as a complete set. You can find that separately here for your vehicle as well. Now, what's it gonna look like when it's installed Well, pretty much like this. I know it's just a drawing, graphic computer image there, but you get the idea.
The black brackets there obviously are the main parts we're looking at today. And of course the motorized running boards there, one folded and one unfolded. Just to kind of give you an idea of what these are going to look like installed. So all the parts here, you're gonna get all the hardware obviously, all the wiring, the lights, the switches, and everything, all the brackets. You have four of these that are the same.
Then you have two of these that are the same, little different shape. And for the instructions, you're gonna know where to put those accordingly. You're gonna have the main control box here. It's got a connector that matches up with this, and all of these wires break off in different directions, and then plug in all your different switches, your wiring and everything to then match up with the magnets here according to the instructions. That would then whenever you open and close the door, let these open and put the motorized running boards down.
Now, I will caution you with these magnets. They came wrapped up in a special wrapping and a very high warning. These are super, super powerful, and that's no joke. I got one to actually shoot across the room earlier whenever I was taking everything out. So be very careful when you're using those magnets. I recommend keeping your cell phone away from them as well. Now, everything here is a great quality product by ARIES, and as you know or maybe don't know, they've been around for ages, they make great products. This is gonna be a great addition to your Tundra. And these are rated to hold a capacity of 650 pounds. Now, everything here is a custom installation, as I mentioned before. What's that mean No drilling, so you don't have to worry about even drilling any holes. It's gonna use preexisting factory holes in that Tundra for the install. Same thing with the wiring. The split wiring harness installs directly to your vehicle's battery via your door panel, so everything's hidden out of sight. And the LED lights mount onto the brackets improving your visibility, giving you a safe entry and exit of the vehicle. Folks, I think that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look together.
