When you need dependable light inside your trailer, this rectangular dome light does the job simply and well. Measuring 4-9/16" long by 2-1/2" tall, it uses one 1156 incandescent bulb to deliver bright white light that spreads evenly across your workspace or cargo area. It’s built for 12V DC systems and draws 2.4 amps at 12.8V, giving you plenty of usable light wherever it’s installed.
No need to hunt for a separate switch or wire in extra parts—this light includes its own built-in push-button on/off control. Power when you want it, off when you don’t, all right there on the fixture. The two-wire design keeps wiring easy with one power lead and one ground wire.
If moisture is part of your environment, this light is ready. The sealed housing and lens are fully waterproof and submersible, keeping the bulb and internal components protected from water damage or corrosion. Whether it’s humidity inside an enclosed space or full submersion on a boat trailer, the circuit stays dry and functional.
The steel base gives this light solid backing while the clear polycarbonate lens keeps it lightweight and impact-resistant. Together they make a sturdy light that handles vibration and daily use without cracking or loosening up. It surface mounts cleanly with hardware (not included) spaced 3-1/2" center on center, so installation is quick and straightforward.
When the time comes to change the bulb, it’s a standard 1156 type—easy to find and replace without special tools or parts. It even cross-references directly with Uni Bond # DL2050S, Peterson # M391, and Bargman # 40-15-005, making it a direct replacement for several common fixtures already out there.

Today we are going to show you Optronics weather proof interior and exterior trailer utility light, part number IL21CB. This light features a replaceable lens and bulb. It utilizes a push button on off switch, a two wire design, a single wire for ground, and another wire for power as well as a foam gasket that will help seal out moisture. Its designed to surface mounting holes that are 3 inches on center. Now we are going to hook the light up to a power supply so you can see what it looks like lit up. Connect our power to black, and our ground to the white wire.
Next well turn off the overhead lights so you can see how bright it is in the dark. And that does it for Optronics Rectangular Weatherproof Interior and Exterior light part number IL21CB. .

Seems to be a well made light. I’m using them to light cargo holds in my Airstream.
Installed 2 of these in a 6x13 cargo trailer. Could have used 1 more, but 2 lit up the cargo trailer nicely. Easy to install.

I was surprised the lights that I order arrived so quickly. I have not got to install them yet because I am waiting on delivery of my 2014 Polaris Ranger. I have use these light on my trailers in the past on I was very pleased with the results. I do think that e-trailers have great product and will continue to use them

Got this light to replace one that was on the door side of a pop-up camper. The light is of excellent quality and has an on-off switch which makes it even more appealing.
Outstanding light! Extremely bright and very well sealed. We purchased this light for our boat to use as a utility light for night time fishing for stripers off of Block Island. It illuminates the boat great and beats holding a flashlight. Wiring hook-up was basic and love the fact that it comes with it's own switch. Will be purchasing another one for the cuddy cabin very soon! Thank you E-trailer.
Ordered new LED clearance lights, taillights and clear interior lights to replace the non LED versions. They were shipped immediately with a confirmation. They were exactly as illustrated and what we needed for our horse trailer. Also came at a nice price!!

Nice light even better install. I used two of these lights mounting them on thee inside of my salt shield of my snowmobile trailer. Turn the lights on and being able to see while tying the machine down etc in the dark works out great. No more flashlights. Lights are bright and don't draw lots of power. Recommend the lights and definitely recomended doing business with these folks.

I purchased the item for my utility box I put on my quad for ice fishing and hunting. Your item worked just like I wanted and has been great.
I used these dome lights to provide light in the bed of my truck. They are an easy install grounding the light to the metal door frame of my truck cap and then running a fused power cable to the lights. There is a push button switch at each lamp making it easy to turn them on and off from the tailgate of the truck.
Light was a exact replacement for what was on the boat. Thanks again, Andy B.
