Many hard covers don’t leave space for a toolbox, but this Toolbox Edition does. It’s made to fit with most 18"–20" standard toolboxes and seals tight against them so water doesn’t sneak into the bed. The watertight seal keeps rain and dust out while the aerodynamic shape helps reduce wind drag.

The panels are made from automotive-grade polypropylene with a high-strength thermoplastic skin that’s 1" thick. They won’t fade, crack, or break down from UV rays, heat, or harsh weather. Even in full sun, they stay cool to the touch and resist dents far better than metal or fiberglass covers.

Quick Access, No Tools: Tri-Fold Design

Getting to your gear doesn’t take long. You can lift the rear panel to reach the bed, or fold up the rear and center panels to open two-thirds of it in seconds. The built-in clamps mean there’s no hardware to lose, and the cover removes completely with no rails left behind.

Secure and Streamlined: EZ-Lock and Jaw-Grip Clamps

Spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps at the tailgate and Jaw-Grip clamps at the cab keep the cover tight and secure. When the tailgate is locked, your cargo stays protected. The cover rests about 1"–1-1/2" above the bed rails for a clean, low-profile look and includes automotive-grade seals, rubber corners, and hinge caps to keep water out.

Lightweight Strength: Aluminum Frame and Powder Coat Finish

Aircraft-grade aluminum frames and hinges add strength without adding weight. The textured powder coat resists scratches and corrosion, keeping the matte black finish looking sharp. At about 57 lbs, the cover is easy to handle and ready for everyday use.
