Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this pack Brake Alpha XD rear axle double convoluted airbag suspension kit. Now this kit has been designed to fit your 2018 to 2024 Chevrolet Silverado, the 4,500 HD 5,500 HD and 6,500 HD cabin chassis, both the two wheel and four wheel drive models. Then your 2018 to 2024 International CB Class four and Class five trucks. Now on custom fit parts such as this kit, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com.
Simply input the year, make, and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now also on your screen, I want to show you just an image of all of the hardware that you're gonna be getting. I don't have all of the hardware on my tabletop here today. I just kind of have them loosely assembled here with the brackets. But that's all of the hardware that you're gonna be receiving along with the airline.
So this is going to be a complete kit for you to get this installed in your Silverado or your International CV class four or five. So as you know, when the load gets heavy, your truck is going to need more than just those rear factory springs hanging on for dear life. These airbags are gonna give you up to 7,500 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your truck level and steady, even when your trailer is loaded, the bed is packed and the miles are long. So with this kit, you're not gonna have to continue worrying about rear end sag, throwing off your braking and steering or your headlights pointing up into the sky. But as you know, each haul is different.
That's why these air springs are gonna give you full control over your ride height and firmness with the adjustable air pressure from five to 100 PSI. So if you're hauling a fifth wheel or full bed of gravel, just crank up the pressure and then when you're unloaded and you're heading home, you just drop that pressure back down for a softer ride. With the manual inflation valves you can see one right here on this spring that's gonna help you tune your suspension for the day's work. So it's gonna be very easy, very straightforward. Now, extreme hauling does demand extreme durability, and these springs are built with one inch thick corrosion resistant end caps that you can't see because they do, again, have these loosely assembled but the springs are also reinforced with 20 internal support wires from maximum strength under that heavy load.
And then at the top and the bottom here, we have these heavy duty roll plates. They're gonna protect the bags from chafing and help extend their lifespan. And then our powder coated steel brackets are gonna fight against rust, corrosion, things like that. So this is gonna be able to hold up to virtually any type of road conditions and weather conditions. These precision laser cut brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points where you don't have to worry about welding or drilling to your frame. Again, the included hardware is gonna get this mounted into place. So this kit is designed to work with your setup today and wherever your upgrades may take you tomorrow, you're gonna be able to inflate manually again with the standard air valves right out of the box. No extra parts are needed, but if you already have an onboard compressor, these are gonna connect easily to most existing setups. Or maybe you're planning for an in-cab wireless controller sometime down the road. That's not gonna be an issue either because with this kit, you're laying the foundation to expand your control options further down the road. So again, I mentioned that the load support, these are gonna offer up to 7,500 pounds, but please be aware of the fact that these do not actually increase your truck's weight carrying capacity. So you do wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
