Your Pacbrake Alpha XD air springs still have life in them, but the hardware around them may be showing its age. Refresh the exposed lines, fittings, roll plates, valves, and mounting hardware with corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
When your air springs are still doing their job but the surrounding hardware needs attention, replacing one exposed piece at a time can turn a single service into several parts orders. This kit refreshes the 6' braided stainless steel air lines, air-spring fittings, Schrader valves, roll plates, air-spring mounting hardware, and required stainless steel fittings and hardware together. Your existing air springs can stay in service while the surrounding plumbing and hardware get a broader stainless steel refresh in the same job.
Air lines, connections, roll plates, and mounting hardware spend their lives underneath your truck where moisture, road spray, debris, heat, and cold are part of normal use. The upgrade uses braided stainless steel air lines along with stainless steel air-spring fittings, Schrader valves and fittings, roll plates, and mounting hardware. Instead of limiting the material upgrade to the air-delivery plumbing, you refresh several exposed parts supporting the existing air-suspension installation with stainless steel construction.
Routing matters when you're replacing existing air plumbing, especially when valve location and available line length determine where everything can reach. The kit includes 6' braided stainless steel air lines plus stainless steel Schrader valves and fittings, so it's worth laying out your line paths and fill-point locations before removing the current plumbing.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Pacbrake stainless steel air suspension upgrade kit. Now this kit is basically a heavy-duty upgrade package for your air suspension system. And this is specifically designed for the 7,500 pound Alpha HD setups. And what makes this stand out is that almost everything in this kit is made from stainless steel, which means it's gonna be more resistant to rust, corrosion, and wear over time, especially if you're driving in harsh conditions like road salt or moisture.
Now as you see there on your screen, this is not going to be compatible with the HP10609 set up. So, just so you're aware of that. But this kit comes with everything that you see here on my table. You're going to get these braided stainless steel airlines that are each six feet long. So, these are gonna give you both durability and flexibility for routing.
And then you're going to get stainless steel fittings and I laid out the fittings and the stainless steel hardware here just so you have a good view of what you are getting. And then your, the Schrader valve's here as well. And then even the roll plates are stainless steel. So, very durable. These are going to, of course, protect your air springs and help extend their lifespan.
You're gonna get cable ties. You're also gonna get instructions to walk you through the installation process. So, this includes everything that you see here. Everything that you're going to need to get this installed. It's going to be a great premium upgrade for your current setup.
