Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a tail light mounting box. Now this mounting box holds one six inch oval tail light. The light would mount directly to the box using a mounting grommet. Your light and grommet are sold separately and available at eTrailer.com. This box helps protect the light from the elements and any type of road debris or gravel. It's made from a durable, aluminum construction.
It can be bolted or welded to your trailer or truck when it comes to the installation.A few measurements to give you real quick starting with the overall length measurement. Going edge to edge the unit gives us a measurement of around eight and . I'm going to say about eight, almost eight and 3/8 inches, maybe eight and 7/16, right in that area. Overall height top to bottom measures about three and 3/4 inches and the overall depth front to back gives us a measurement of three inches. Now, the cutout right here, edge to edge going this direction is about six and 3/4 inches and then going this direction we're looking at about two and 9/16 to two and 5/8, right in that area.That's going to do it for today's look at the tail light mounting box..
