After a long day on the road, the last thing you want is to crouch over a tiny RV toilet. The Aqua-Magic Residence sits at a comfortable, familiar height that feels more like what youre used to at home. The wide base keeps things stable, and the lightweight plastic construction makes it easier to carry in and install - no extra hands or heavy lifting required. It also fits well in smaller bathrooms without eating up extra space, making it a practical upgrade for just about any rig.
Five pressurized water jets rinse across the back of the bowl for better coverage than basic gravity-flush systems. A foot pedal activates the flush, and you can add a hand sprayer if you want more control for cleanup (TH77UE - sold separately).
To make sure this toilet fits your RV, measure from the wall to the center of the floor flange. This rough-in measurement must be at least 9-1/2". If your current toilet is still installed, you can measure from the wall to the mounting bolts for a good estimate. Just keep in mind that an offset flange or 4-bolt setup may affect your measurement, so removing the old toilet is the best way to confirm fit before you order.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this Thetford Aqua-Magic Residence standard height RV toilet. Now this bone color RV toilet is going to be great for part-time RV living. The standard profile height is as tall or taller than your household toilets. And let me go ahead and give you some measurements up front, just so you can be confident that this is going to work for you.
So I wanna give you the measurement of the seat height first. So measuring from the floor that this is going to be mounted to, to our seat. As you can see, we are sitting right at 18 inches tall on that seat height. And then let me go ahead and close the lid, and give you the overall height. So lining that up again from the floor to the tallest point, we're pretty close to 19 and a half inches tall.
And then looking at the width while we're here, let me line that up. Let me turn this around the other way. You can probably see that better. Looks like we're sitting pretty close to 15 and three-quarters inches wide. And then that depth, measuring front to back, we're gonna call it at about 19 and three-quarters inches deep.
So hopefully that's going to give you the information you need, so you can know that this is going to work and fit in your RV or camper's bathroom. Now obviously when you have the lid open, it's going to be taller. So measuring from the floor to the top of the lid when it's open, it's gonna be pretty close to 34 and a quarter inches tall. And then from the center of the flange to the wall is gonna be nine and a half inches. Now this full-size rounded front seat and lid are going to be able to be easily swapped out for a style of your choice.
If you prefer something different, that's not going to be a problem. The lightweight polypropylene bowl is durable. This is a clean rinsing toilet. The pressurized water flows around the entire bowl from five jets, and it's probably easier for you to see at this angle. Here you have this nozzle here, and out of this nozzle will be five jets that will, as I mentioned, spray around that bowl, and easily clean this. Now there is an optional hand sprayer kit that is available if you're wanting to do a further cleaning in that bowl. So on your screen, I am including our item number for the hand sprayer. You can just take that item number and pop it in the search field of our website. That will take you to that sprayer, and you can add that to your order. So again, good view of overhead here. And something I wanted to show you is this does feature a slow close lid and seat. So as you can see, that's going to slowly close. You're not gonna have to worry about the seat and the lid slamming against the bowl. If you have little ones, you're not gonna have to worry about them slamming the lid or the seat down, especially in the middle of the night. You won't have to worry about them waking anybody up in the RV or the camper when that lid is closing. So that's a really great feature that this offers. Now this does have a side mounted pedal here, as you can see here. That's going to make flushing fast and easy. So just push that down. It's gonna be very easy, very convenient. I wanna give you another overhead view just to show you that pedal in action, show you that valve in action there. And that flush valve is going to wipe clean with every use. And this is going to be a simple gravity flush design. This installs directly above your black water tank. And this polypropylene base is lightweight, yet durable. This toilet weighs just a little over 12 pounds. I had no problems taking it out of the box and putting it on the table here. So it is lightweight, but yet very durable. Now this is going to be a two-bolt installation. It's going to fit most of your existing floor flanges. As you can see here, hardware is included along with the gasket. We do also offer this toilet in a white color as well, if that's something that you would prefer over this bone color. Now, just a better description of this color, when I think of bone, I think of off-white. This is not off-white. This is more of a tan or beige color, just to give you a better idea of that color. So if this is the type of color that would go well with your interior, this would be a great option for you to consider. Well, that's gonna wrap up our brief look today. In less than a year the toilet started leaking between the bowl and lower section of the toilet. Had to remove the toilet and replace the waste ball seal. And now the bowl will sometimes drain on its own. Had two of the other brand toilet and was hoping this one would be better. Unfortunately it isn't any better. Hopefully we do not have to replace the seal in another 7 or 8 months. No hard water here.

I have a 1999 Winnebago Rialta, this was the only toilet I could find with that fit the space with the lid open. I tried others and they were too tall.

Worked great for first 8 months then the seal started to leak. Customer service sent a new seal under warranty but have have take the whole toilet apart to replace.
Had one like it in our motorhome for 7 years without a single problem so when we needed a new one in our stationary 5th wheel that's what we went with. All good
This is a great toilet for the price. It was easy to install and is perfect height. I also want to state i was shocked by how light it was. I could carry it with one hand. So if you are worried about weight because of a bad back, no worries here. Also know, my old toilet was a four bolt base, this is a two bolt. Just so you can plan ahead.
