This kit pairs a 36" long x 24" wide bathtub with a surround formed to 36" wide x 23-3/4" deep x 66" tall, giving you fixed dimensions to check before the old parts come out. Once those numbers match your opening, the bathroom can go back together and the project keeps moving toward a finished bath area.

Keep the Drain on the Right Side of the Job

Drain location is where a simple bath replacement can stall out and leave the whole RV tied up longer than planned. This tub uses a right hand drain setup with a 2" diameter hole positioned 7" from the closest edge, giving you exact numbers to compare before installation starts. When those measurements line up with the existing plumbing, the tub sets in place, a standard 2" drain strainer (sold separately) can be connected, and the install keeps moving instead of turning into floor work.

Support the Tub Bottom Where Cracks Usually Start

A tub floor can crack when the bottom is not supported evenly, and that kind of failure can put the bathroom back out of service. This tub includes a pre-installed foam base that sits directly against the subfloor and distributes weight across the bottom instead of leaving weak spots. With the base set flat and fully supported, the tub holds its shape under load and stays ready for regular bathing and shower use.

Keep Water Inside the Bath Area

Water slipping past the tub edge or behind the wall panels can soak into surrounding surfaces and put the RV interior at risk. The tub uses an integrated 3-sided tile flange to create a defined edge for sealing, and the surround covers the wall area around the tub to complete the enclosure. Once everything is sealed properly during installation, water stays inside the bathing area and the bathroom stays protected and ready for the next trip.

Finish the Space With Storage and Trim-to-Fit Walls

Wall panels can slow the job down when fixture openings still need to be cut and bath items still end up scattered around a tight space. This ABS surround can be drilled or adjusted on-site, mounts with pressure sensitive tape, ABS-compatible spray adhesive, or rivets (sold separately), and includes 3 molded shelves, while the tub adds flat corner ledges for toiletries. Once the surround is trimmed, mounted, and sealed, the bath area looks finished, your essentials stay within reach, and the whole setup is ready to use with confidence on the next stop.
