Features to know about

The Chair of All Chairs

Everyone has that one chair that calls their name at the end of the day. This is that chair - the one you sink into and immediately feel at home. Turn toward the view, glide like you've got nowhere to be, and recline when the day finally catches up to you. The 360° swivel and smooth motion make it easy to find your happy place without moving the base an inch. Reach to your right and give the handle a gentle pull. The chair leans back with that perfect, slow-motion movement that sends you back into a satisfying recline that will make you sigh and think, "This is it. This is the dream." There's enough head and lumbar support to watch TV comfortably, but fair warning: this chair could cause you to accidentally nap the afternoon away.

Sized for Limited Square Footage

Space is always at a premium, but this chair makes it work. The compact footprint and 12" wall clearance tuck neatly into small corners, leaving room to move around without feeling crowded. At 19" high, the seat feels just right when you stand up or sink in - especially if you're on the shorter side. It fits through 26" doors and goes together in minutes so you can relax instead of rearranging.

Video Transcript for Review of Thomas Payne RV Couches and Chairs - Recliners - TP43CR

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the Thomas Payne Swivel Glider RV Recliner with Footrest in the Norlina color. Now, folks, manufacturer's calling this Norlina, to me, it's like a beige, kind of off-beige color. And again, this is going to be a very comfortable swivel glide recliner, and it's gonna have an easy manual reclining action. So on the side here, you can see the handle here.

And as you know, you just simply give it a pull and then it's gonna open up, and then you just kind of slightly push back. And as you can see, you are gonna need some wall clearance, 12 inches is required per the manufacturer, for this to be able to fit on a wall and recline fully back. And you can also see you've got the clear Thomas Payne collection panel over the kick foot plate there, and you can choose to take that off. There's instructions in the manual that comes with it. When I took this out of the box today for the video, all I had to do was put on the back piece, slide it right up in place.

That's very standard with these kind of chairs. All recliners, the back comes off, and that's gonna make it easy to fit through your door when it's time to bring it inside of the RV or camper. So I highly recommend install it in place just to make it a little easier. That being said, overall, it is 38-inches tall from the ground to the top of the headrest here. It's 31-inches wide overall.

The seating surface is 22 by 21, as far as that goes. And when it's fully reclined, it's 62-inches long reclined. Now when it's like this, it's 31 inches from the front to the longest part in the back there, as far as getting through the door with it installed. So again, I recommend you install it after you've got it inside of your RV or camper. Now this is a nice woven fabric and the upholstery here is gonna be soft, yet very tough as far, as holding up to use.

And it gives it a nice residential style look that I think is gonna compliment most RV interiors. Everything here, as far as the seating and the back and everything, is a high-density foam underneath that upholstery-woven fabric. And like I mentioned before, they are RV friendly, so they're gonna fit inside the RVs and campers, travel trailers, and stuff with ease. And when it's time to relax after a hard day at work, you can sit down, you can rock, you can swivel back and forth, and you can pop your feet up if you so choose. Again, folks, this is the Norlina color by Thomas Payne. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
