  In regards to the Double RV Waste Valves part # TR38, you'll tighten the bolts hand tight until snug and then use your wrench another half turn or so. If you have leaks you can go back and snug them down more but you can't unbreak the plastic flanges so it's best to progressively work your way up in regards to the torque.

  It appears that you will only need the Valterra Street DWV Fitting # D50-2890 to be able to install the Double RV Waste Valves # TR38 on your sewer system. The main Y of the assembly is likely identical to yours with the waste valves attached to the ends. You will likely be able to cut the ABS pipe at the end of the couplers and not need to extend any of your lines as the waste valve will make up for the portion that you cut off. • Is There a Way to Use Double RV Waste Valves - Sewer Wye with Two 1-1/2 Pipes
  I do have an option for you but none of our sewer wye valves feature two 1-1/2" inlet pipes into a single 3" outlet. That said, you can still use something like the Double RV Waste Valves - Sewer Wye part # TR38 by just reducing the 3" hub down to a 1-1/2" hub with the Valterra Eccentric Tank Reducer part # T1041-1. This would give you a 1-1/2" spigot and 1-1/2" hub but that's the best we can do.
