Today, we're going to be taking a look at the three inch Valterra RV waste valve cap. It's available in clear with part number T1020CLRVP, and in black with part number T1020. This cap is a great replacement for your lost or damaged waste valve cap. It's gonna fit all standard black waste valve systems. It features a santoprene seal for a leak-proof connection. It features an attached rubber leash, so we don't lose it, and the bayonet fittings make it quick and easy to attach. Now that we've gone over some features, we'll go ahead and show ahead and show you how to get it installed.
First, we'll take the rubber leash and we're going to fit it over the attached pin here. Once it's on, then we can put on our cap. We'll line it up and then twist it and lock it in place. That's gonna complete our look at the Valterra RV waste valve cap.
This is a sturdy product. The lid fits well, makes a good seal, and does not come loose when traveling. I use this for a diesel heater port on an offroad camper.

Shipping was fast and efficient! I was heartily impressed by how the packer placed the heavy items at the bottom and secured a lighter box inside the main box to prevent the items from shifting during transit. Everything arrived just fine. I especially appreciated the handles at the top of the box to move it around. I needed these as a replacement for broken caps. These will work exactly as intended.

I updated my gray and black valves on my Casita with a breeze! The gray tank seal wanted to skip but that was the Pope’s fault, not the seal or valve’s!
I went to the big RV store, you know the one, to get my broken dump pipe fixed. They said they had no parts that would fit and they would just go to the hardware store for parts and build it from scratch.
I decided to search the web and found exactly what I needed at eTrailer.
I thought the replacement part T81 would need some modification to fit but it didn't. Greg was very helpful and got the order out that same day. Another project done.
Here's some photos. You can see that I used the existing fittings on the RV pipes and just bolted on the new waste valves and elbow. Took about an hour.
Rating reflects etrailers stellar service and Valterra's product. Tabs kept breaking on my original one. Obviously it would leak so I ordered a new one and several backups for the price most places wanted for one. Hope the tabs on the new ones last longer but in any event, now I have extras. Thanks etrailer. I've never been disappointed with your customer service and prompt shipping.

Still a great sewer cap. Makes a great seal and is easy to put on and remove. I like the four tab configuration
Although it took a little longer to arrive because I ordered it around Christmas time the gray black water cap came in the mail better than the original the original we had 2 tabs to hold it on the new one has 4 tabs much better design- outstanding and thank you !!!

I think your website is pretty easy to order from except the only listing for Dutchmen campers comes up Dutchmen RV. I haven't used the items I ordered yet except to put the spare tire cover on. It fits great.
It's a waste value cap. It fits and does what it is advertised to do.

great, It remains a tight seal on the outflow pipe and has not vibrated off as the factory provided waste value cap.
Our original order was lost in the main. I emailed etrailer and a replacement was immediately sent out. Great customer service. I will order from them again.
Fast delivery, exactly as ordered
It was initially too tight but just removed the rubber gasket and it fit. The one that it replaced didn't have a gasket so I am happy with replacement.
Bought this cap as a backup in case my other new one breaks while on the road. Reasonable priced and lightweight, so it's an easy add to the "Stuff-I-hope-I-don't-need-box."
Awesome product. I had to replace basically all of the plumbing for both tanks. I ordered all of the parts from this site and I got everything without any issues.
