Your camper's regulator needs a pigtail to carry propane from the refillable cylinder into the RV propane system. This 15" hose connects a compatible 20-lb or 30-lb cylinder to a regulator with a 1/4" female NPT inlet. The green Type I connector supports propane loads up to 200,000 Btu/hr.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this MEC RV Propane Pigtail Hose. Now this propane pigtail hose is going to basically be a straightforward replacement hose for connecting a refillable 20-pound or 30-pound propane cylinder to an RV or camper's propane regulator. And this is about 15 inches long with a grain female Type 1 QCC connector on the tank side and a quarter of an inch male NPT fitting on the regulator side. The main compatibility detail to check before picking this up is that the regulator has a quarter of an inch female NPT inlet.
This hose carries propane from the cylinder to the regulator and it can support propane systems requiring up to 200,000 BTU per hour. This has a working pressure rating of up to 350 PSIG and it uses a thermoplastic hose with fully crimped brass ferrules. And this also has a 400 pound pull test rating. And this is UL and CGA approved for propane service. An important part of this hose is its built-in safety features and protection.
The excess flow feature is designed to restrict propane flow if the hose breaks or gets pulled loose and propane suddenly begins escaping.
