Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Dicor coating-ready cover tape. Now this has a self-adhesive roof seam tape that is designed to prepare your roof before applying an elastomeric roof coating. Its main job is to seal the roof seams, so the coating has a solid watertight surface to adhere to. It's going to help create a longer-lasting finished roof system.
This tape uses an aggressive contact grip adhesive that's going to bond as soon as it's applied, so there's very little waiting or repositioning. This is going to speed up roof prep and make insulation more efficient. Its fabric-backed construction is specifically designed to work with roof coatings. Once installed, the fabric surface provides an ideal base for your elastomeric coating to bond to, giving you a strong sealed repair. After installation, the tape's going to fully cure in about 24 hours, making it easy to plan the next step of applying the roof coating without a long delay.
This is going to measure about four inches wide, and you're going to get about a 50-foot long stretch of this tape. So it's going to, and it's also going to be able to be applied in temperatures ranging from about 35 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, making this a suitable option for a wide variety of weather conditions.
