Today we're reviewing part number CAM39592 from Camco. This is an RV sewer hose straight adapter with lug and bayonet fittings. It adds 9 inches to your RV's waste drain and it makes it easier for you to connect your sewer hose. It has lug fittings on this side and those make it easy to hook the adapter to your sewer hose bayonet fitting and then the bayonets on the other side fit tightly to your drain. Because it's a clear adapter it lets you see when your system is fully drained or when it's been fully rinsed, and this does fit all 3-inch sewer hoses. This was my second order with etrailer and both have been a great experience. The first order was a $600.00+ new fifth wheel hitch and was not surprised that George paid attention to that transaction and got it out the door quickly. The second order was only a few $'s and would not have been surprised if it had taken a while to rise to the top but was pleasantly pleased when it arrived in good condition and before promised.
I have always used clear extenders on sewer lines to let me know when tanks are really empty but the translucent elbow and 4 in 1 adapter is new to me and is really great to tell me when the hose has been cleaned out and is empty. Great product.
Would love to give a 5 star put at this time i can not, Was about to cancel this order until i got a Email saying it was finally shipped Put decided not to cancel even thro i had to borrowed a 30 amp ext cord,Part A10-3025E was out of stock,the most important part i needed in the whole shipped,to late to used my new 30 amp Mighty core rv power cord extension this year,But i am shore it will work great next year. The rest of my order was Great.. the triple ext cord,the sewer adapter,the pop up container.and the septic treatment worked great,Now the Question is would i prefer a friend and would i order again from Etrailer,com.The Answer is YES They just have to let you no when a product is out of stock,The Product are great at a great price

Perfect fit, Just what we needed to make hooking up sewer hose easier
We these two fittings on our class A motor home. The 5" long straight line fitting alignes the waste to the opening, so the 45 degree will be centered in the access opening. This permits the waste pump to attach in an upright position. Since the waste pump should not be run empty, I can see when the tanks are empty and stop the pump when necessary. When using the flush out, I can tell when the waste has cleared.
I had a hose that came withy camper that had a fitting on only one end. Purchased this product to provide a connection fitting for the other end. As always, e-Trailer products are delivered quickly and are as advertised.
The only issue with these hose fittings is that they are somewhat difficult to install into the hose end (which is good in the long run since that makes for a tight seal with no leaks. They have been working fine once installed.

Nice snug fit, had to build a sewer drain extension when ours went missing after a real bumpy road. Used a drain cap with gray water drain for easy drain out, a 90 degree corner bend, and a 9" extension. They all fit super snug. Thanks etrailer.
